This man (Paul Nison) has put out many books, the next time you go to the store, please pick up his book entitled The Raw Life. You can see what it looks like here: (2nd one down)

If it's working out for him, great. Still, you can't discount those it didn't work for.
I also notice that he's taken a religious approach to his diet. (By picking out Bible quotes he likes and ignoring others completely, no less!) Not good. Not good at all. People who are religiously attached to their diet are less likely to admitting and reporting problems that have stemmed from the diet. I dunno how familiar you are with the "cult diet," but it's a very real danger to watch out for.
Did Paul actually consider the implications of the verse he cites to support his diet?
Quote:
“See, I have given you every plant that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, in which there is life, every green plant is for food.”
Do you really believe that EVERY green seed-bearing plant is for food, Paul? Does this include poison ivy, hemlock, dumb cane, lily-of-the-valley, and so many others I can't think of at the moment?
Don't cite the "fall," unless you're going to take into account the verses afterward which state that animals are on the menu now, too.
