15. Roarke Al'Blackbowman
A rather Basic childhood, Roarke grew up at the Academy. His years were spent in study so that as an adult he might spend his time as he chose. It was no surprise that he soon became the Academy Headmaster, being the direct descent of Ton Blackbowman, the demi-god. He is single, and most students and teachers at the wizard school find this odd, as most Blackbowman's find wives easily, some in abundance. Roarke has so far not shown any interest in men or woman, and continues his studies.
Being of a family born of a demi-god, Roarke is extremely powerful. He usually doesn't use his powers if he can avoid it, as he sees magic as a precious thing, and does not like to see it wasted. Nor does he always enjoy having great power, as he seems always in some struggle to make someone's life easier, happier, only to see someone else fall because of his meddling.
He is fast with his tongue, and confident in himself and his talents. He will not falter from a fight, but avoids the at all costs.
Roarke can be a bit of a child sometimes, and is good in getting people to do what he wants. Unfortunately, his persuasive actions do not usually work on the school's top students, who seem intent on overthrowing his headman ship. The rest of the school, all being individual wizards and witches from all over Labyrinth, do not see Roarke as a man with power outside the city, as few realize the power that comes with his name sake.
Currently, Roarke is trying to discover who is at the head of the mysterious "third party" that seems to be in some sort of business with Malik. He is doing this by enlisting the help of Eliot, the wolf kin girl, to help him do some sleuthing.

16. Jaun and Jell, the Imps"Hello there! My name is Jaun. You may remember me from such classic funnies as 'Hitting Door With Head,' Or 'Is that a Blue Fairy in Your Mouth?' Today, I'm here to tell you a little bit about me and my brother, Jell!""Hiya!""Good for you. So. Where to start?""Mother gave birth to us on Ova...""I thought we agreed that I'd be talking.""Well, I just suddenly thought that maybe I aught to be a part of this.""Fine. Just stop talking and wave or something."*Makes zippy lip motions.*"Ugh. Okay, Mother gave birth to twins on Fir....uh...Firova. There was me, Jaun, a little blond guy and Jell, that one over there with the black hair. We arrived in Labyrinth not very long ago. You see, Jell and I have the ability to ride wormholes in the river of time. It's a physical thing you know.""You get some great waves every millennia. Boogie boarding is great any time of the year..."*Stare*"Shutting up!""Aaaaaaanyway. So these wormholes take us to all these different places, dimensions and times and stuff. We thought we had picked appropriate costumes for this place, I mean, wings, horns, tails...it all seemed pretty logical for this type of terrain in the first place. We were surprised to see that we were they only ones sporting this devil wear. But it's too late to change that now.""I never liked it.""Ahem! So, we as imps can...phase in and out of reality to make traveling a cinch! And make it harder for us to get caught. There are ways to dull our ability to do this, but it's complex and usually limited. And sometimes we can find ways around it.""We're resourceful!""Right. Shut up, Jell. So, we love to have fun. And it is difficult for us to register pain. It kinda comes from repetitive stress...your nerve endings can only take so much. Plus, in the beginning, feeling pain was really interesting! Wow! I remember what it used to be like. Fun as hell. But uh, I digress. The point is we don't feel much pain anymore."Jell begins to chant in an odd undertone.*stare* "Okay...We'll do anything for a laugh, and are pretty gullible I guess. At least, that's what Malik tells me. That guy Malik...I know he's hiding something in all that hair, I just don't believe that his head is the only thing he's hiding."Chanting gets loader."Uh...Jell what are you doing?"Jell wrestles the microphone out of Jaun's hands and chants in a creepy, low voice. "All of your shoe are belong to us!""Give that back!""All your shoe..."*Scuffle, scrape* "I said give!""Stop pulling at my hair! Wait, I mean...All your shoe..."Jaun wrestles the microphone back out of Jell's teeth, Jell tackles, scuffling and muffled yells can be heard. *BBBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP*

17. Ton's Journal, Instalmet I 12th Entry, journal 3 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark A stranger arrived at the caves today; a someone my master seems to hold great importance with. Already she has become nothing but a nuisance to me. Master instructed that it be I who tends to her. She has gotten lost twice, and I have been forced to fetch her. She breaks my studying, and interrupts my meditation. I cannot expect to have mature status as a wizard with this girl around. I will ask Master to have her removed tomorrow. 13th Entry, journal 3 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark Master will not move the girl to another boarder. He insists she stay here, and that I learn from her. Learn from a girl? A farmer, no less. She can teach me nothing but how to pick beans. Master must be punishing me for failing that test two weeks ago. I will study harder. If only this girl would leave me alone, but somehow, in this large labyrinth of caves, she finds me. How? It is as if she sees where I am. 14th Entry, journal 3 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark I have not had an hours peace this day. The girl keeps finding me, and I keep losing her. And yet she finds me. Again and again and again. She acts as if she is annoyed to see me, but I see through her act. She cannot possibly be finding me by chance. She must be following me. My work is slacking, I cannot find the time nor peace to practice, and study. Again I have asked Master to have her gone. He will not heed my request. 15th Entry, journal 3 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark I have learned something of the girls past, although I did not want to. Master had me sit at dinner with the girl again. He insists we eat together, as if we are all family. I am finding myself ever angry with Master now. It is all the girl's fault. She is from the Great City that was destroyed along with the surface world. Her parents killed in the attempted to stop it. We are both orphans then. Master thinks this should give her and I some common ground. I see it as more reason to avoid the girl. 20th Entry, journal 3 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark I am close to suffering from a nervous breakdown. She denies that she is occupying all my time, indeed claims to be trying to get away from me! This cannot be coincidence. She is stalking me. She is trying to steal my secrets. She wants to know why I am Master's best student. I know it. It's happened before. Perhaps I will light her hair on fire to discourage her, that has worked before. 30th Entry, journal 3 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark Eca and I are taking a trip to the city, to investigate the suspicious movements of the queen that resides there. Master thinks there is ill intent involved. He thinks our caver home is in danger. I will be forced now, to spend several days with Eca. I am not looking forward to it. Again my studies are interrupted for her. Will she give me no rest?

18. Ton's Journal, Instalment II 35th Entry, Journal 4 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark The queen has....inadvertantly capture Eca and I. She thinks Eca an Oracle of some evil deity, and I her protector. She has seperated us, I am not allowed to see her. This is frightening. The queen sees Eca's gifts born of her purity, and thus she must stay a virgin. No man is allowed near her chambers. Alas the same is not thought of me. Women hound me, swarm my small room, follow me everywhere. They are rentless...I get no sleep for fear they may drug me and take me in my sleep. I eat and drink little. The door has no lock. 41th Entry, Journal 4 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark With the help of light fairys I found incages in the uper levels, I was able to speak with Eca. She has seen something aweful in the Queen's diety. We must return home, she says we must prepare. 42th Entry, Journal 4 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark They have taken her somewhere into the bowls of the palace. I have heard talk of branding her..placing a mark on her body that identifies her as a loyal follower of this...this devil. There is pain....I feel it....Eca, I am sorry.... 60th Entry, Journal 4 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark We have had to wait until Eca healed, the proccess was slow. There means of branding was....not pleasant. Eca has been asulted as I have been. We almost did not bring ourselves out intact. This place is large, with many people. There are no places to hide for long. Thank god it was not long enough... I'm sorry. I had no intention of bringing this down upon you, Eca. Tomorrow, we make ourr escape. 65th Entry, Journal 4 5 years after Burn's Sleep The Underdark We are home at last. The journy was long on foot. Our exodus from the palace prooved difficult. We barley esacped, but manage to gather a following. They warn us about this diety. the queen....plans something. I have returned home to find the caves chisled into a grand castle. Magi have moved in in my abscence, and have tried to force Master to leave. Master is strong, and has not allowed this. Someone has mistakened me as Eca's lover. Challenged me to a duel....I accepted.

19. Aella Whirlwind
"Aella" is a name from Norse Mythology that means "Whirlwind," thus, the nickname.
Aella is a half-elf, part of the Kari b*****d Tribe. I'd tell you from what part of the underdark, but unfortunately Whirlwind doesn't remember. Her childhood was mostly non-existent, as she began training to become a priestess at a very young age. While other children were playing in the mud, Aella was learning her scriptures. Much of which she does not remember today. She does remember the spells of the Wind Staff though, a sacred weapon made of surface wood. It's rings and bells were once used to ward evil spirits off in order to secure a successful hunt, as well as a few other neat little tricks. Not really a physical weapon, but Whirlwind isn't afraid to hit you with it.
Training was cut short when Dimitri invaded her small homeland, killing most and taking her as a slave to his personal harem. Forced to wear nothing but shear silks and used for nothing more than the pleasure of her body, the young half-elf soon became a favorite among Dimitir's women. She no longer knows how old she is, as this time tends to blend together. Her continued defiance and sometimes refusal to do as the King demanded only deepened Aella's problems, as she continually became something to dominate again and again.
On one of her many escape attempts...she succeeded when Onyx picked her up off the streets. At this time, the naked half-elf was a common sight in the noble proper, as she was often made to run small errands for Dimitri, but the palace guards never let her wonder far. In the presence of Onyx, who of course had lots of teeth and fangs, she was able to travel with him for a time, at least make it outside the city.
Hardly two hours after her escape, Aella was 'captured' by the drow captain Tarathiel. In exchange for her employment on Salmander's Whip, Aella would be granted her one wish, which was to slay Dimitri.
An attack on the castle in Deep Water eventually lead to Dimitri's death at Aella's hands, who suddenly found herself needing to re-evaluate the meaning of her existence. What now had she to live for, now that her captor was dead?
Slowly learning shame, Aella migrated from her slaves silks to regular travel clothes, although she kept her face veil. She now become extremely uncomfortable and self conscious with her body, and men of any nature tend to frighten her. The smallest gestures can be interpreted as threat.
The only two males to escape this fear are Warhammer and Tarathiel. Subconsciously, the half-elf adopted Tarathiel as a father figure, looking up to the drow very much the way a daughter would, although she keeps this silent. Warhammer, a Minotaur, simply connected with Aella on a deeper level. His relationship with the Earth Mother makes her think of them as kindred spirits, and Warhammer is a solid pillar that she can lean against, when her world seems it might be crashing.
Not long after slaying Dimitri, Aella was assigned to take care of the Oracle, who's guardians seemed to be growing. Aella, not trusting most men (besides the dragon) entertained the idea of being the woman's guard. Soon however, their relationship developed into something parental. She is very open now, in referring to Meilikki as her mother, or "Ma."
Onyx still plays a major role with Aella. While not cruel, in fact sweet and gentle with Aella, he represents all that she fears, and while she tries very hard not to associate the vah with these feelings, old fears die hard. She has asked Onyx for the time being to become a friend, someone that she might look to enjoy spending time with, but first she must get over her anxieties, which will be long in leaving.
Currently, Whirlwind is experiencing a late adolescence, with new friends to have odd and sometimes stupid adventures with.

20 Mason, The Dwarf
As long lived as this dwarf is, a little over a hundred years old, he hasn't had much of an exciting life. Part of the family that discovered the gold deposits to the south that coincedentaly made gold worthless, Mason spent most of hus days following his father around learning the mining trade. He was taken as a slave for some time by King Dimitri while away from home, where he found his natural skills as a stone mason.
Dimitri had the dwarf carve a large stone...something with six sides. It was too big to ever see the whole of, but when a slave could no longer work and was taken away, someone would return with a large vase-like bottle, and dump it in the top of the carving. One can only guess as to the contents of the bottles.
Later, the dwarf was set free with Tarathiel's aid, and now works at a profitable tavern in Deep water, waiting to repay this debt.

21. Raziel
Raziel, who for some time was only known as "Blue", is the result of some bizarre science experiment. His master created the little blue winged man for nothing more than a talking encyclapedia. Raziel has the uncanny ablitiy to remeber all he hears, in almost perfect detail. His curiosity picks up on observations that could otherwise be missed, and he has been pr4oghramed with the will to stay always near his master.
During Tarathiel's raid on the Wizen Watch Tower, Raziel's former master was supposedly killed. Now stripped of memory and purpose, Raziel wandered the Labyrinth region until he was snatched up by a hungry imp and almost eaten. Piper saved him, thankfully. Soon, the blushing little "fairy" attached himself to Keiran, Piper's father.
Raziel found his true name and purpose with the Oracle's help, but has no lament for his past life. He has a master again, and he is content. Raziel's biggest adventure thus far is his trip to Andal with Keiran. It is hinted that they sought out the drow there, as Raziel was curious of their ways....

22. Iris Bronwyn
Unfortuantly, Iris is a soulless. Born of the corn fields, she is one of the first to be actually born without a soul. How can the body survive, one might ask, when there is no soul to fuel purpose? They are pre-programed with purpose through intenst genetic manipulation.
Iris, born from her corn husk only a baby, as most now emerge as full adults, was programed in a different way. Hooked up to many odd and frightening machines, Iris's brain was pumped full of the information she would need to fulfill her purpose to the Hooded Man.
Like many of her age, some of the more critical information was not absorbed, and so Iris has several fatal flaws. Some of these include speaking without being spoken to, irrational decision making, and a damaging failure to "respond."
Iris makes many references to "responding," allthough she has never told anyone exactly what responding is. She is not certain that she herself knows. When It was discovered that Iris would not respond, she was thrown aside like trash, and expected to die. She did not.
One odd decisions caused her to follow a group of slaves being sold to the Triumverate Fortress. Here, she assumed that she must be part of the delivery, and was simply forgotten. She attached herself Malik, following orders without any hesitation or resistance. Malik soon passed Iris on to Meilikki, as part of the Oracle's growing protectipn. Iris follows her orders unfailingly.
Except that is, if she is asked to respond.
