Ohhh, okay. Makes sense. I'm more of a quiet person. I prefer silence because I read/write a lot and noise distracts me too much. xD;

I simply love when it happens because its kind of like eavesdropping in on a party...there was once when a mom was yelling at her kids for running around during an important party...she was MAD! lol how are things going now?

That sounds silly! I haven't had anything super strange happen to me since then. Except when I'm reading at night I get this almost paralyzing feeling that I'm being watched. It's weird. But I think I'm just being paranoid with it. xD

When I was uber young, I had my name called when taking a bath, and I'd call for mom thinking it was her because it sounded like her and never got a response. A few months ago when getting out of our car I heard my name called and it sounded like my grandmother who is... insane in my opinion. Though I do believe she's a medium, just a mentally ill medium >_> Anyways, it was almost like a flashback, because it sounded like when I was little and at my cousins wedding, she came running up to me and said "Sarahhh!" and I was like "Wtf, who are you O_o" I didn't say that but I just felt like that. But that was what I heard that day.
The most recent one, was I was sleeping, and I've been dreaming ALOT and they are so very real and vivid, but I had gotten up and I heard a man's voice whisper "Five seconds" and I laid there for a second to see if anything would happen, but nothing did. I amazingly didn't feel scared, probably because I had such a nice sleep <3 But my bladder woke up and I just went to the bathroom and got up XD
As for the buzzing thing and stuff... get some EarEx or something, that sounds like water in the drums.... Same with the ringing. Whenever I have water in my ears I hear ringing and when I lay down the room spins to where I have to vomit and it makes me sick for hours >_< Even when the water has been dried up... bad stuff it is. But EarEx is basically rubbing alcohol, but I'm kinda worried about using rubbing alcohol, not sure why.
Now then, what you've been having sounds VERY similar to my "White outs", its like having a black out but instead of seeing black I see white. I see white dots that slowly appear until my vision goes completely white, I feel weak and I lose my breath and have to lean on the wall until I regain my strength and breath. Now, I haven't had one of those in YEARS, so its pretty impossible for the doctors to find what it is now. But, I think its either: Hormones, migraines, blood pressure, blood sugar.
I've been talking with a friend about it and she thinks it could be low blood sugar, and I think it could be that or high blood sugar because my family has had a history of diabetes. You may want to get that checked out. Or try experimenting, document what you eat.
Now as for the noises, definitely, I believe you're experiencing something paranormal. Possibly partly a vision, or just a spirit trying to communicate with you. If it bothers or hurts you too much try telling the spirit that and maybe they'll show some empathy.
I ramble too much <3

something similar happened to me except it was sort of different and maybe not as extreme as yours. Maybe it was sleep paralysis..just that you cant control it. And the waking up at a certain time. I had that too. Are you feeling negative, feeling paranoid and thinking about it a lot? When i slept, an invisible something use to wake me up every single night. Literally (but no physical hands grabbed me) shook me and woke me up. It shook me so hard that id wake up and id be confused. Id look at the time and it would always be 33 minutes past. I think whatever it was was trying to make me notice it..And i kept hearing a voice, laughing a long to my dreams, that same voice calling my name. I do stuff like change my account username on gaia and not remember doing it. I have a long conversation with a friend and then later on i dont remember talking about it and they all think im just strange. Its just weird...i dont remember doing things, even browsing some pages on the web i dont remember. I usually keep track of time by listening to music. This way im more aware of what im doing.
i really think you should listen to some music while you sleep. Even at a very low volume. And maybe dont read so much before you sleep. And tell yourself this is not real. Its just hallucinations, because once you believe its not real. It will dissappear

@Wolfeh - I've had problems before with low blood pressure, so that would make sense to me. It kind of felt like that, but at the same time it was more... extreme than anything I've ever felt. Because usually with low blood pressure, I just kind of... black out. Diabetes, on the other hand, doesn't run in my family. And since it was in the morning and I haven't eaten for about 14/15 hours prior to this... dunno if something I ate could have caused it. And the buzzing in my ears could have been because I'm actually half deaf in one of my ears and I hear similar buzzing sounds in that ear. But I mean, this drowned out EVERY thing, like in both of my ears. I don't know how I could have gotten water in my drums...
I heard that "scene" again the other night. It wasn't as painful as the first time, and it caught me off guard again... but it happened at night. 11:11 pm, actually (*sob*). I didn't try to ignore it this time, though. But it kept fading in and out like it was on a bad radio signal or something, not like the first time when it just got louder and louder until it exploded. And I could have swore I saw the woman laughing. I just remember something red, like a red dress. I have no idea what she looks like or remember what anyone was saying... again. Dx
@No Place - I tried it ignore it and say it wasn't real, and that just made it all worse. It got louder the more I told myself it wasn't real. My problem was, it woke my up the first time and I never got back to sleep afterward. So it was all happening while i was awake. And it sort of happened again last week, only not as intense. But I did hear the voices again.

Only I was awake while this was going on and fully conscious. None of those match what happened to me completely. Just little parts of the sleep paralysis. I've experienced sleep paralysis before and it wasn't like that. I was already awake for about five/ten minutes before my body went numb. I was trying to sleep this whole time, but I couldn't keep my eyes shut and my body just wouldn't sleep.

And to revive a dead topic, it happened again. Only It was like a different scene. I was lying in bed with my boyfriend one morning a few weeks ago (near the beginning of May actually) and I was actually sleeping until someone shook me awake. When I woke up I heard a man's voice begging "Please, please.. don't go... please..." and it was fading in and out and my head felt like it was vibrating every time he spoke. I sat up and looked at my boyfriend and asked him what was wrong only to find out he was sleeping curled up in a ball and not facing me. I just thought I imagined it and laid back down and as soon as I did the mans voice returned and kept getting louder and it was crying saying "Please, please, don't go. Next week, please don't go next week... please..." after a few seconds of that it got really quiet. Then the voice came back and softly said "You'll die..." and it exploded around me again. Not quite as severe as the first time it happened because I think I was bracing myself. After it was over I checked the time and lo' and behold it was 11:11 AM. Again.
Later after discussing it with my boyfriend I realized I heard the mans voice every time I had one of these "episodes". I didn't hear the woman or even feel her there, but the man was talking and I actually remember what he was saying! Then I remembered there was a time about two weeks before this where both my mother and I thought we heard my boyfriend walk in the house and start talking, only to realize it wasn't his or my fathers voice. And that my father was sleeping and my boyfriend was still at work. And this mans voice was the same one my mom and I both heard that night (unfortunately this happened at 8:11 instead of 11:11).
And the scariest part? I didn't know this when that happened, but I moved into my new apartment a week after that incident. I didn't know I was moving at the time.
...Any explanations? Dx

I keep seeing small fast-moving shadows out of the corner of my eye (which I would normally think are the kittens I have here, but then I see one of the kittens "chasing" the shadow I just saw). But other than that, nothing.
I'm starting to think it may have been a spirit who didn't want me to leave my house, so he said I would die in hopes I would get scared and not move.
