Those things scare me to bits. I had one when I was a little kid and me and my sister would occasianally just play with it for fun, never really knowing anything about them. It was just another toy. Well we were lucky nothing real ever did happen. I remember a couple years ago I kept it in my closet and I would get really bad vibes just looking at it. I made my sister take it so it wouldn't be near me. She thought I was being stupid. I finnaly ended up giving it away to my friend who's wiccan and I think it's somewhere in her basement now. That thing just really creeped me out. I'll never touch one again as long as I live.

well i meet a spirt name will, but we gave him the nickname dante, he is a very sweet spirt and he told us all kinds of stuff and it was quite fun...but i don't believe everything that he says.

I've always been curious about them, since spirits have a tendency to become attracted to me. Most of them are animal spirits, though. Fortunately, I've developed my own defenses, for multiple reasons, so I don't generally worry too much about them, or the human one's that, for whatever reason, are begrudged with me. I've also indebted a kitsune to me, who helps me out a lot. I'm also followed by a cat, though she's rather finicky, but reliable in a pinch.

I have a cat spirit who is a sort of gaurdian to me as well. He's a cat that I had as a pet when I was very young, but he was killed by a car. However, his spirit still resides in my house, and helps protect me, especially when my own defences are very weak.

I'm telling you guys.... those thing are trouble.
If you try to burn it... it won't burn! You can rip it up and it will mysteriously come back together.... They bring evil and nothing but.... they are trouble.

They bring evil and nothing but.... they are trouble. A friend of mine tried burning one once. At the time she had a wood stove, so she threw it into that. However, soon after the entire stove, and pipe which drew the smoke out of the house, became extremely hot, and even turned red. She thought that it was going to burn her house down. sad However, I still stand by the idea that if they are used properly, and are in the right hands, then they're not overly dangerous. Yes, they're dangerous for the average person to be 'playing' with, but for somone with proper training and knowledge, they're perfectly safe to use.

I really don't think they can be used for good. They open a portal to the spirit world. Things happen when anyone uses them. I disapprove of the use of Ouiji boards. They are trouble, 'nough said.

I actually use a Ouija. I've had very odd experiances.. and apperiantly, I was possesed by it via demonic spirits coming through the board..

The only thing is, Rush, whose to say they're the only thing that create rifts, hmm? I've managed to do so with nothing other than my own body as the gateway. Then again, there are special circumstances for that, but without them it's still valid. Not all spirit's are evil, or malevolent. Many are mindless beings, the one's of more conscious thought, more often than not, miscievous, like young children, but much stronger. Then of course there are even more, fully conscious beings, whose nature is misunderstood, and thus assumed be maliscious. However, none of that's to say maliscious beings don't exist. But, I've dealt with enough of each being to know not all spirits are evil.
