This is my response to some elements that started to be not too nice in this guild more recently. When I first came into this guild I found it very fun and I found all you, MR members very nice and loveable people. But in the recent weeks I start to find some strange elements in people's behavior on here. I would call it 'lack of enough respect towards others'.

What I am referring to are elements such as being rude towards others (with words like "stupid, dumb" and such), such as commenting on someone else's post in a way that can be easily understood as harming the poster, such as telling that something sucks, while you know someone loves this something (and it doesn't really matter that you think it's a joke - it will still hurt the other person), such as saying "I hope this is going to be better than the last time" (if you don't want to participate, simply don't). Saying that simply: I strongly dislike those personal trips, which show no respect.

I wish we had more mature conversations here. More respectful. We can have fun, hell, we can have fun of each other, but not when no respect is involved.

I would like this to be just a post. I don't mean this as starting a thread. Please, if you read this, don't reply to it. Just think it over and try your best not to talk in the ways I listed above anymore.

It should be more respectful, but it should also be more self examined, and less whiney. Putting a balance of, should I take offense, to a non serious comment, or lack of offense to a problematic P.O.V.
