Almost all the sources I've read have said Aspen is okie. It isn't the dust that causes problems with their respiratory systems. It's the aromatic oils that hurt them. You can notice the difference if you take a wiff of some pine or cedar, and then smell Aspen. Completely different. Carefresh has just as much dust as wood chips, imo. surprised
