"Finally!" Tobias cheered as he swung his backpack over his shoulder. He threw his other arm under the other strap and ran so fast afterward, he almost fell down the stairs.
He was fifteen now. Although most trainers start at ten, his brother would not let him leave until now; After enduring weeks of whining.
"Thank you, Matt!" he shouted, giving his older brother a big hug. He didn't notice the shocked face on his brothers face. He wasn't used to being huged and by Tobias no less.
"Yeah, yeah. Just.. be careful. Don't join a gang. Don't..Die! And come back home whenever you want. Uh. If you leave for the next county, come back, then, too. Call whenever you want and I'll call every so often to check up on you. And.."
"Oh! Matt! Your sounding like Mom! Don't worry! I can manage on my own! Especially with a team of six of the most amazing powerful Pokemon EVER!"
Matteus sighed. For a male, and a brother, he found even he was over reacting to his brother leaving. After all, Tobias was his only family left.
The brothers had lived on their own in a little house in the middle of the woods for some time after both of their parents left. When Tobias was young, Matt would always tell him they'd come back. After five years, Matt decided it was best if he let his brother explore on his own. He wanted to be with him on his journey, but he had to take care of the house. It was secretly a way for Matt to have Tobias look for their parents. Five years is quite the absence.
Matt chuckled. "Promise me you will. And bring back all eight badges so I can frame them for Mom when she gets back." He turned to grab a paper bag and stepped towards his brother. He ruffled the younger brothers blue and white hair until he was satisfied with how messy he had made it (after Tobias spent half an hour making sure it looked good) and handed him the bag. "Here, Tobi. A Lunch. ..Come back. It'll get lonely out here. I don't have Pokemon either. Mom and Dad took em all."
Tobias took the bag and opened it. Matt had made his favourite lunch! "Oh, alright. I suppose I will from time to time." He smiled and turned for the door, ready to bolt. "When I get back, I expect to see you with a girlfriend and children!"
He bolted for the door into the woods to leave his brother blushing and now, lonely. "O..okay.. I'll..get right on that...!" He held a thumb up to a blank space where his brother once was. "Oh boy..."

It was two o'clock before Tobias decided to sit on a rock by a stream and snack on the lunch. He left at ten, he was hungry.
He wriggled his toes in the water and giggled at the Feebas thinking they were worms. It tickled when they tried to eat them.
After teasing the fish Pokemon, he decided to grab the small sketch book from his back back and draw them. He didn't have a Pokedex, Pokegear, Poketch, Or anything. He would get one in the next town. He never noticed how far it was. Maybe he spent too much time looking at the Pokemon he passed. He missed not bugging his brother.
Until then, he would make his own Pokedex by drawing them.
Finished, he closed it and kept it on his lap. "Hmm. I hope I meet someone soon!"


(Asshhhaaat.. Very Long, I'm sorry!)

Reiko limped her way through the heavy foliage, her green and black cane leading the way. It's been a long, fruitless day of watching wild pokemon, and she was looking for a place to rest. A vicious growl caught her attention, and she gazed toward the stream nearby. In a flurry of excitement, she dashed clumsily toward the growl. Finally, I get to meet a pokemon! In this spurt of energy, she tripped, her face landing hard in the dirt. With a mouth full of assorted rocks and grass blades, she looked up. She'd landed right next to the growling arcanine. A surge of fear and wonder raged through her eyes.

"Alex, shush or else I'm going tell Faith to paralyze you!" Day snapped, and jumped off his back to help the up the girl who had just landed face-first into the mud beside Alex, who had reluctantly lowered the growl to a soft rumble.
"Are you okay?" she asked, offering her hand. "If you want, Alex over there can carry you to where ever you need to go. He won't hurt you, he's just anxious to go exploring." She wasn't that sure that Alex wouldn't hurt her. Just in case, Day released Faith.
"Faith, keep Alex from growling." She whispered into the Raichu's ear.
Faith waddled over to her gigantic team member and flicked him in the nose, causing him to whimper. "Rai rai! (Shut up, you dumb dog!)" She said.
He barked in response. (But there's someone over there! He had FOOD!)
Faith flicked him with her tail. "Raichu! Rai!(God, you don't need more flab on you!)" But she did smell someone, other than the fallen girl. Following her nose, Faith scampered over to tree that smelled suspiciously like a human, and fired a thunder wave at it, hoping to paralyze whoever was hiding.

Tobi flailed when the bolt of electricity hit his hand. After flailing for second he fell over, unable to move. The electricity moved all through his body.
"Guaah.. I..Just wanted to say hi!" He said meekly, trying his best to get up.
"Oh, I know that Pokemon!" He said, able to move his arms now, pointing at the electric Pokemon. "That's a Raichu! My Dad had one," He sat up, and struggled to do so. The paralysis slowly fading.
He put up his hands. "I mean no harm, though. I don't have Pokmon of my own yet." Just then did he realize he had talked to the Raichu and not the trainer. He looked around, for the traner and the girl and when he saw them scooted towards them. Trying not to alarm the Raichu named Faith. He still never figured out what the canine Pokemon was, though.
"ahh.. Call off your Raichu please! It won't eat me, will it?" He looked shyly at Day, who was helping the other girl.

Reiko helped the boy get to his feet as Day recalled her Raichu. "Y'okay?" She asked, just as the arcanine began his loving assault. Reiko laughed and hugged the chubby pooch, and even clinged to him as he shared his love with Tobias. "It was nice to meet you too, Alex!"

Reiko got off, and wiped Alex's saliva off her face. "Oh, by the way, I'm Reiko." She introduced herself to the other trainers, leaning downward in a curtsy attempt, but failing miserably. She would've eaten more dirt if she hadn't swiftly caught herself with her cane. She straightened up, thoroughly embarrassed.

Tobias hugged the warm, playful, fire type dog. It was warm. Really warm. And fluffy. The kind of companion he'd want on his own journey! Strong, Loyal, Silly, Warm, something to cuddle with when they visit the cold cities like Snowpoint...
He let go of the fluffy canine. It liked him back and wished he could bring it back home with him to show Matteus.
He turned to the girl who attempted a curtsy and almost fell, again, "Hello, Reiko. I'm Tobias," He made a slight lean forwards like a bow. "And you there, Hello!" He grinned at Day and then again to the "Legendary Pokemon"**. He patted him on the shoulder and smiled. "eEllo to you, too, doggie. Mind if I ask what you are? You big fluff ball!"
He had never felt so... novice before. Not knowing what a Pokemon was?! What kind of human was he?
He backed off from the large fire-type and placed him hands on his hips. He made a smug grin at the Raichu, as well before turning around at a rustle in the bushes. He felt like a Sentret. Alert and curious. Standing tall and
-whizz!-
A white pokemon sped by and playfully attacked the large canine. It was.. a feline looking..Canine. White with a blade for an ear and tail. He couldn't tell what type it was, nor what the Pokemon was.
"Oh, and what do we have here?" He asked the air around him, folding his arms and smiling at the two Playful Pokemon.
