I haven't had a chance to read any of the manga yet, so I was wondering, at this point has Soubi actually said he was in love with Ritsuka or not? I mean, is as in actual love and not "I don't really love you, but I'm going to say that I do, because I have to." And has he chosen Ritsuka over Seimei yet? I want to know whether I should bother reading it or not.

None of those descions have yet been made but that definitely shouldn't be your criteria for reading or not reading the series. It's still good amazing :]
