"Prolly not the way you do," said Laial, watching the hyperactive child with wide eyes and the water up to his nose. "Is it a game or do you just chase people around?" A devious smile crossed the nautilus child's face as he wiggled his tentacles at her. Even so, he was no good at chasing... so he'd be at a disadvantage. Oh, well -- he had Heiko, and she was quick!

"Kay, I'll tell you then," Yeesha replied with a grin. She never had any problems explaining her favourite game to her new friends. The more people who knew how to play Lake Monster the better! "What you have to do is, thomebody ith the prey. You know what prey ith right?" She didn't bother to wait for an answer from Laial, instead barrelling onwards.
"The prey hath to thwim around, and then the predator – that'th the Lake Monthter – hath to try and catch the prey! Do you wanna play?" She stopped in her circling to tread water, yellow eyes fixed on her new 'prey.' Would it be fair to play against him? Could he swim very well? Maybe she would try to play with his dragon.
