save yourself the money mj and just rebuild this, starting a new guild doesn't do much good, no new position in the roster pages, possibly even farther down the list. no, durch d**k und dünn gehen. go through thick and thin, together.
alles neu macht der mai, in spring, everything starts anew.

the thing with activity is you have to be the driver behind it all, you can recruit all you like, but if the leader isn't the one setting the tempo, it doesn't matter the co-pilots, the rest of the membership won't follow for long. the leader has to either set or delegate the tempo, the marketing, the events, and the planning and be present throughout. unfortunately, for success in these things, the leadership has to treat it like a job. best when they actually enjoy doing so.
