There should be no problem with the court issue. Unless the judge was bribed, or something to that effect, or the judge had a very bad childhood, you should come out just fine.
There's just the problem of what happens AFTERWARDS. It's unforeseeable from there...Or maybe...

Okay so.
Last wednesday was the first (yeah..) hearing, and Spiro came with Jenna (brought her out of school, which he shouldn't have done and she shouldn't have been there anyway.) and he tried to make her testify. And that's totally stupid since she'd been with spiro alone for a whole week and lord knows he's been trying to convince her to say certain things.
So to avoid that we appointed a guardian ad litem, which is basically a smarter social worker who talks to everyone and determines the ******** is going on and if someone actually needs to be protected. It's like if you gave a social worker a promotion and a lot more smart. So she talked to everyone and sure enough spiro'd had Jenna say some stuff but that was fine because the stuff wasn't destructive.
There's a lot more details and if you really want to know you can ask, like about what exactly Jenna said, and trivial stuff about the disputing crisi.
Anyway, then he got a lawyer who told him to stop being a d**k/retard and just turn the ******** over and work on custody and s**t so it got turned over so we're picking Jenna up from school in like 2 and a half hours and have her for a full week before we go in and decide custody s**t.

That usually shuts them up.
Lawyers have to be brutally honest to their clients, or their clients will fail on the stand 3nodding
