So my guild on Farstrider died cause of drama.
How it always happens.
So out of anger/boredom I decided to roll on a PVP server and roll my 1st real warrior.
So now I have an 60 Orc Fury Warrior who at 70 is going PVP/Arms spec.
Have to admit since this is my 1st time on a PVP server its not as bad as I thought it would be.
Ganking really happens since most people dont like to jump warriors.
And I never get corpse camp the general rule is gank once and walk away.
High populated areas like the Pirate area in Tanaris is a player treaty like zone, nobody wants to gank each other cause they just want to get hte ******** out so players ignore each other in PVP fashion.
70s generally dont bother me when I walk by.
Dont konw if Im lucky or this is just how s**t goes down.
Lightninghoof my new home.

PvP doesn't happen often on pvp servers.

That is why the phrase 'PvP on a PvP server?!' exists, because people often forget that they rolled on a pvp server, and act surprised when they get jumped in highly populated areas. (see; isle of quel'danas)

god that happens a lot on pve servers.

and there's some that try and force you to attack them.

had a flagged UD warrior once stand right infront of me and that dreani chick by the anvil trying to get me to accidentally right-click on him instead of her so his three friends who were standing right behind me could kill the s**t out of me. apparently he didnt realize that you can pan the camera so his plan failed. horribly

My boyfriend has made it a hobby of killing those dudes that flag and stand on quest NPCs before anyone/NPCs get him. Great service imo!

If I have to AFK while doing dailies I'll /pvp (pve server) and go sit in the Sanctum while /afk'd. When I get back its fun to see how many idiots have attacked me, only to be 1shotted by the huge Sentry standing right next to me and taken durability for it.
Happens more often on my priest (seeing a warrior with the huge pvp shoulders on kind of discourages a lot of people I think).
But people who /pvp sit on the questgivers suck, thats just low. At least with what I do you have a choice to attack me or not.

It's more of a sarcastic phrase used to respond to those complaining on a PVP server.

"Oh my god, PVP happened on a PVP server? You're shittin' me!"

And everyone's experiences are different. Oddly enough, I have some characters on Lightninghoof, although my highest is a 31 Undead Priest, I believe.

that is sooooo the best kind of a*****e move XD

you know people will attack you so you make them get ******** horribly, but since they have to attack you for your d**k move to work, its really their own damn fault.

Oh if only that were true... I can not count the amount of times I have been camped....

Highly populated areas are usually where ganking happens most on my server. People are like "what, another person is killing MY mobs?! What, they're the opposite faction?" Surprise gankage when you have like 5 mobs on you at once for the win...

I hide in fear when a 70 is nearby... because usually when they spot me a one shot gankage ensues... Though I can't say I'm much better, ages of being ganked and camped have made me bitter enough to go ally hunting when I'm bored... I once killed an entire group of 33's because some 70 one shot my lvl 25 alt... And I like to pve more, haha.

So be happy, because you are very, VERY lucky. Though I guess since I'm on a high populated server does not help for me, haha.

Yeah the isle is really bad, expecially when guilds come n wipe out the place, and claim it as "theirs"
Truthfully if you ask me the whole perma-wipe is stupid.

Without the thrill of the hunt and chasing you down they walk away.
