"Half an hour?" Jack tilted his head just slightly and looked aside. He weighed his decision up. One the one hand here in bed he was warm and comfortable and close to a man he never wanted to be too far from. But he'd have to wait for coffee. On the other he could have coffee instantly. But that would mean getting out of bed.
Such a thing was clearly unthinkable in the present situation. He didn't really want coffee that badly anyway.
"I can wait half an hour." He decided with a smile, snuggling back down into the warm sheets. He found his cheek resting up against Raven's back, where he'd been spreading just enough warmth to relax and soothe. Not that he really needed it, he knew fine well Raven was in better condition than almost anyone he knew and a little physical activity, especially dancing, would not have left him sore. All the same it made Jack feel better to do it. "I don't wanna go. Nice here." He cooed softly, half-closing his eyes in his comfort. "Think your machine will deliver the coffee to us in bed?" He joked playfully.

"Heh heh heh.." Raven grinned, even if half of it was hidden in his pillow. "Not a chance." Especially since the coffee maker was sitting in his kitchenette on the other side of his 'livingroom'. Now there was a thought, moving the thing in here. "I'll put it on your bedside stand for tomorrow morning then." he chuckled.
It was a great morning, he was in a good mood, had great company, things were peaceful. It didn't get any better than this in his opinion. He shifted then just a bit, before turning on his side and propping his head with a hand, "You want bacon and eggs with that coffee-in-bed of yours this morning?" he offered with a little smug smirk.

Jack mock-pouted playfully as Raven confirmed the coffee machine wouldn't merely fly to the bedroom through the strength of will. Well, he supposed he'd have to get up some time anyway. It was somehow easier to get up when he had the knowledge that Raven wouldn't be going anywhere without him for a while. And maybe he could get some work done and finished and out of the way so he could have the whole evening free for once.
"Really? You'd put it in here for me?" The little redhead squeaked, lifting his head and beaming brightly down at his bedmate. He couldn't prevent himself from planting a light kiss on the side of Raven's cheek. "That's so sweet!"
He shuffled in kind to give Raven a little room to roll onto his side. That was also a pleasant view. Every view was pleasant this morning, actually. Jack cuddled back down to the pillow, able to see Raven's face clearly. He hummed to himself in response to the question.
"Ahh. I would like that a lot." He nodded with a shining smile that seemed to reach his emerald eyes. "And maybe beans. I like beans. I could help!" he giggled.

Well.
He wasn't quite expecting that kiss on his cheek. But when did he ever really expect it?
Raven had a rather blank look on his features at the moment. "You know I'm only doing that so I can be lazier right?" he questioned his boss rather plainly. "And it won't quite be breakfast in bed for you if you get up and help with it." now there was a tug at the corner of his lips while Jack smiled happily up at him. "Heh.. you're already full of beans..." he chuckled, only to hear his stomach gurgle in response to all the talk of food. "Well.. I better go get started on it." he announced, but took the time to plant a soft kiss on the corner of the red head's lips before getting up, his dark blue boxers hanging loosely around his hips was adjusted as he slowly padded out of the room, stretching his arms over his head as he went.
He flicked the light switch on the wall and his lamps came on with low light, just enough to make his way to the kitchen and turn on the coffee maker because it hadn't been a half hour yet. Turning on a brighter light over the stove he went digging for all the stuff he needed to get cooking. Not all that quiet about it either.

Jack never paused to think about whether Raven expected his shows of affection or not. He just did them, because they felt so right to do. Even when sometimes it was a little inappropriate, but then Jack didn't ever really consider affection inappropriate, even though he could blush a storm himself when he was taken by surprise. he just smiled sweetly at Raven's blank expression, a look he was quite getting used to.
"You say that as if laziness was a bad thing." he giggled, red hair bouncing around his shoulders messily. He tilted his head as his eyes unfocussed for a moment. He considered Raven's words. The blond was right. He couldn't have breakfast in bed if he wasn't in bed. His brow furrowed just a little as he weighed up breakfast in bed with getting to help Raven in the kitchen.
He was still contemplating this issue when he found soft lips pressed against his just for a moment, snapping him out of his daze and making him blink. He could be surprised too, it seemed. Raven was out of the bed and half-way to the kitchen when Jack recovered, smiling softly and touching a finger to his own lips gently. That was nice. Very nice.
He sat in bed, listening to the sounds of Raven rooting around in the kitchen. It was very domestic and comforting.
