im NOT trying to be a jackass or be silly
but if you played OR seen a jigglypuff main play professionally and seen what its is actually CAPABLE of it'd be qualified as a B Tier...
ive faced them XD there freaking godly no joke XD
i can say alot about some of the lower Tiers also....
Yes, a professional Jiggly can be good, but cannot be as successful as a professional MK, or Snake, etc. She does not have enough good matchups to be in B tier.
Her tournament results are... not-so-great for a reason.
And I have played many good Jiggly's, including illinialex24, jigglymaster, Bowyer.
