Griffinith The thing that surprises me is the lack of the older metroids, as well as the lack of the classic sonics.. or the offshoots (like Sonic Spinball) Well, I'm not sure what I can say entirely about Metroid (since they canceled Metroid Dread), but what you're inplying about classic Sonics is a little confusing... since there was the Advance sonic games (the best of them being Sonic Advance 1), and the Rush games. If I also remember, they also done a couple sonic spinoffs recently too (Pinball party, Riders, and Sega Superstars Tennis come to mind), but I can agree that more classic or good spinoffs would be a blessing for Sonic (until then, I will have to wait and see what Sonic Chronicles brings). 3nodding

Picking favourites is hard as games have evolved so much over time, but looking at everyone's lists, graphics certainly don't always equal fun! So here are mine, in order of consoles...
I like almost all Sonic games (including Heroes D smile but my front runners are: Sonic 2 (genesis) Sonic 3 + Knuckles Sonic Spinball Streets of rage 1 & 3 Fantastic Dizzy Road Rash 3 Tojam & Earl Zombies ate my neighbours
Tomb Raider 2 Silent Hill Soul Reaver Micro Maniacs Oddworld: Abe's Exodus Syphon Filter 2
The Warriors Bully GTA: SA Silent Hill 2 The Suffering Frequency Gitaroo Man Devil May Cry Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2 & Defiance
GTA: IV (Currently addicted to LocoRocco blaugh )
It seems the current gen systems still have a way to go before becoming impressive. Can anyone recommend anything?

There's no particular order for this list of favorites, even though games I like best would come to mind first. _______________________________________________________________
Pokemon (RBY, GSC, RSE, and PDP gens.) Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (and the sequels) Shining Force II Melee and Brawl Legend of Zelda (particularly PH and TP, since they're still fresh in my mind)

Final Fantasy....All of them. I like them all. There. Mostly VII Halo series Dragon Quest games Soul Calibur Megaman (Old school, a little NT warrior.) Kingdom Hearts 1/2 Gears of War Mass Effect Half Life 1-2 Portal Elder Scrolls III & IV (Morrowind and Oblivion) Devil may Cry (1,3,4) Tekken series God of War 1/2/COO Metal Gear Solid 1,2,3,4 Legend of Zelda OOT, TP, WW
These are primarily my "recent" favorite games, I have several from the times of N64, PS1, Gameboy etc. I really love almost anything Square Enix makes, And the fact that I own FInal Fantasy 1-12 (including several spin offs, sequels, etc. is a testament to this fact.
