wow, i haven't thought of why in a long time,,, it was most likely when i saw the junior high march by and i wanted to play one of the huge bass drums (which didn't happen) but as the time went on and i could join band i wanted now to play flute, that also didn't happen.. i was stuck to clarinet, and now the bass clarinet ish my love heart

IT'S BEEN SO LONG. gonk
Anyway, why did I join band? Lots of reasons. The main is because I wanted to see how far I would get in life, and because all my siblings were in band, so I figured, why not?
Simple and sweet, yes?

i joined band cuz in elementary i felt left out cuz all my friend did it but i didnt and i wanted to have fun so i joined in 7th and did percussion cuz it was the easiest to do. for 7th grade it was just sumthing to do but when i got in 8th grade i wanted to quit cuz of a*****e and it being boring but then my friend (one i met in band) and the director got me to do indoor drumline and ive been in love with it since. i started in pit but then went to battery and its my life. if it wasnt for band id be way fatter and wouldnt be able to hang out with most of the friends i have now

O.o uhh... *flashes back to 5th grade*
I joined band because I wanted to just join for fun, plus I wanted to learn how to play the flute (which i failed at when tryouts for your instrument came) i ended up playing clarient, and i've been in band since then. Its alot of fun biggrin ._. but my friend hates it. >.> its not my fault she sucks and is litteraly last chair..

I joined band because I love music too much. LOL My music teacher said I should join band because when the Jazz festival came to our school I new al of the songs and I knew all of the notes. I knew the piano anyway.

my parents made me since my sister played violin, my half sister played flute and clarinet. started on trumpet, hated it. band director pulls out this funny looking horn I honk a note in tune, played euphonium ever since

I was handbells in 3rd and 4th grade. And I was also in choir for 4th and 5th. But after a bit i got bored with the boring choir songs my techers had us singing. So in 6th grade I went into band and idk I like it, even tho I get frustrated ALOT! ahaha

i joined because i wanted 2 i didnt want an elective and i love being in it cuz im good.im learning more than others im my school which is cool 2 me.i love 2 perform in front of ppl. and i wanted 2 so dont nag me!

I really wanted to play in a band and do something that involves in music because I enjoy music.
