Ok so for the new revamp some new rules will have to be made (more to lessen confusion then anything else).
Well these will be more examples then anything. If it gets too confusing just tell me and I'll try to un-confuse... yeah that.
I'm going to separate them in to different posts so if you need to look it up later it will be easier to find.

What area are you in?
Ok so first off in your first post of EACH character in a certain thread you'll need to state what area they are in.
EX:
Thread: Gardens
First post of character A:
Sakura Gardens
Character actions etc...
First post of character B:
Central Rose garden
Character actions etc...
Ok so these two characters can't interact (this should be a duh).
First post of character c:
Sakura Gardens
Character actions etc...
Ok so Character C can interact with character A but not B. How do you know if they are in your area? Look at their first posts they should blatantly state where they are at. If that isn't there read their first post. Where does it sound like they are? If you still don't know... ask them.

Clubs:
Now this one I expect to get confusing... so we'll see how it goes.
The best example for this would be the Sports Field since it hold so many clubs.
Here's something to remember some of those clubs are indoors and some are outdoors. We are going to ALWAYS assume that you can see ALL outdoor clubs from the sports field. So this would be soccer and archery. However we are also assuming that there are enough rooms in the near by building to house each of the indoor sports (Karate, Gymnastics, and Kendo) separately. This will make a lot more sense when you read the descriptions of the new areas. Trust me.
Here we go to the example:
First post of Character A:
Outside
Explains first if they are even in a club there... then continues their post.
By now you should know for the most part who is in what club. If you are unsure check the Clubs sticky. If that character isn't there then figure it out through their post.
First post of Character B:
Inside Kendo club
Character stuff....
For the most part the only reason anyone should be in these indoor rooms is because they are part of the club... or are looking for someone in said club. So this shouldn't get too confusing... I hope.

Classrooms:
First post of Character A:
12th grade homeroom
Character actions....
First post of Character B:
Science Club
Character actions....
We are assuming that none of the classrooms are near each other. Again not that many people post in these aside from clubs so we should be good. We may split things up if they get confusing.
