Erebus Haze
surprised What would you sat are the bonuses of having a Sidekick??
That was aimed at me,
Right?
If so,
Well,
First off is downsides.
Size: It's huge and bulky.
Downloads: You have to buy EVERYTHING unless you hack into it.
Screen: Unless it's a Sidekick Slide (which is what I had), the screen is fragile as freaking HELL. Sure, the screen is fragile on the Slide too, but at least it isn't held on the keyboard by a single rotating hinge.
Trackball clicking: This is more of a mental thing for me, but I was scared to Hell of that thing breaking one day. D:
Now,
The good.
Keyboard: Nice qwerty keyboard.
Internet: Good, secure internet access that allows you to log in to websites and even send PMs on Gaia. (My current phone doesn't even get close to this BUT its connection speed is a bit faster.)
Applications: Pretty nice. Kicksynth was fun to screw around with and I used the Mobile Journal for writing when I couldn't get to my computer.
IM: Awsome! Except I seemed to have problems where it would appear as if I logged out when I didn't. My sister never had this problem though.
Email and Text: Also awesome. You can read them without even opening them, which makes reading multiple messages so much easier. From what I remember, it can hold 100 texts (trash can included), (Unsure of amount of emails,) has a trash can in case you accidentally delete something, and due to the keyboard, it's really easy to send texts and emails. Also, emails support hyper linking so you can 'click' a URL and go to the URL shown.
Also, Note you can close out of a window and return to what you were doing later. Lets say you're on the Gaia Homepage. You can then close out of it to check Email and then go back to it by clicking the web browser again.
Annnnd,
If that wasn't aimed at me,
Well,
I typed it anyway. XD
