you have a cute concept there. The torso is a bit elongated. Her eyes are a little on the large side.. but its cute and who knows that might be a nice trademark of yours, just think about the rules of the road when it comes to the anatomy of the face. they eyes are typically one eyes length away from each other. If you take a good look at most manga and pay really good attention you will notice that their eyes are about an eyes width apart, tho there is a little room for warping this it just depends on how you pull it together.. the forehead should also be a bit higher than it is. Your eyes remind me of the power puff girls a little bit. :3
