So I've spent the last week (all different times of the day, too) looking for an Omni-Mod to find out about K-Chan's hacking...
But they're never on!!
So I was finally able to find a Site-Mod to pounce on. I hope he PM's me back - at least refer me to the right person to talk to.

The mods set their online status to appear offline all the time.
I've recently been in contact with terradi and she's been helpful to me. But then I'm not discussing hackings with her. You might try PMing her. Site mods, I don't think, deal with hackings.

You might just have to PM an omni mod and talk to them that way... I'm not surprised about the offline status thing, though it makes it hard to get help when you need it gonk

On one hand, I can understand setting your status to "offline" 'cos you dun wanna get swamped with idiot PM's...
But still, they're supposed to be Mods. Suck it up. confused

If Gaia had thought about the sheer number of people on their forums and had been recruiting mods actively, more so than they've been doing, it might not be such an overwhelming job.
