I may be 15 and at the age of rebellion but i love my poetry especially love poetry ive bin writing this over the last few weeks let me know what you think
Show me your soul, have no fear My life's a blur but my words are clear I lost my way for the way you shine Listen up now, sunshine of mine Even though you doubt it's true, More than you'd guess lives in you Yet you resist and disbelieve - Let that go, be brave to breathe! Only one step, it is time Vow to love yourself, sunshine- Everything will be just fine.

I like it! The only critique I can give it is maybe go through and work with the flow of some of the sentences.
Ah, young love.. believe me when I say that between 13 and 19 you'll be in and out of love so many times that you'll be able to come up with some great poetry. I used to write some back in those days but I have no idea what I did with it!

AHA! I found a couple old songs I had been working on several years ago. You know.. there's something funny about reading things you haven't seen in a long time.. remembering where you were back then, trying to think of what it was that inspired you..it's kind of silly. I'll post them lol, it's worth a chuckle.
