Llune raises an eyebrow at Blaze's command, "I truly do not understand what all this fuss is about," she says firmly, utterly ignoring Blaze's order to hush, "Dewpaw went of her own choice and would not have been stopped by any of us. It is likely she left before any of us had learned there may be a hidden danger... However, instead of pointing fingers we might consider going after her if the danger is as extreme as you imply..." Her mouth is a hard line, not decorated with its usual jolly grin, "... Or, as she has traveled a night and half a day by now, perhaps we should focus on securing a safe route for her passage home instead..."

**You're right. But regardless of the danger, it would be impossible to find her out there, even if we were to search. She'd be hidden from the air by the trees, and any of our few capable searchers would have to spread out. That risks losing more of our number.** Blaze turned and began to wander off, his anger spent, trailed once again by the Backy the armadillo. **Do not mistake me for callous. I would be after her already if I had any hope of catching up with the child; but I do not know the vastgreen like her kind, and alone she can go quick and silently.** He turned and gazed at the dark treeline, sealing his mind off slowly but shureley, like a boulder being covered by a shifting dune. **I would rather not think of it for now...**

"There is more to be considered here than just the safety of the cub. If there is indeed some danger in the woods that surround our current home, then we should all be aware of it, and discuss what should ultimately be done..."
She shrugs and stands up, "As for your callousness, it is entirely your choice. Though I must say it would improve the quality of life for the entire group if you could find better ways to direct your anger than random accusations and petty insults of character."
Llune turns away from the hot headed elf and lifts the partly filled basket of fur. Placing the soggy brush in the basket, Llune moves toward the beach so that she can watch the fur dry and think about everything she's heard today.

As Llune left, Blaze sparked a small flame off his fingers, and began to let it hop from finger to finger like a cub playing with a pebble. He whispered quietly to Backy as the armadillo snuffled at his foot. "Seems I've tread on another set o' toes. This land is soft; lil' digger. Do we belong here?** The little beast said nothing, as usual, and Blaze droped an arm to let it scurry up to his shoulder before walking on.
