A worn, world-weary drifter, Ruy's been places and seen things-- but it's long ceased to bring him any wonder. The only thing that matters now is getting by.
He appears tired, rough around the edges, but he's physically tough; he needs to be, to survive. In the presence of others, Ruy comes across as gruff and indifferent, since he's used to being alone all the time.
On the road though, he's pretty mellow and down-to-earth. He's extremely slow-tempered-- it's hard to get him angry, or even excited. Being jaded does that to ya, I guess. x)
