Calica I understand not liking him as a person, and I understand not liking him as an actor, but not liking him as an actor because you don't like him as a person? What? The other complaint is that he plays the same voice most of the time, but so doesn't everybody else.Well I can accept it in the case of Vic as he does try to force his beliefs into the characters he's voicing. That's very unprofessional.

That's very unprofessional. I agree that that is an unprofessional practice, but I personally haven't seen a case where that affected his acting in a show. (And where does he do that, by the way? It's just that it's never been made clear to me.)

English trailer released!Mostly Tamaki and some Haruhi talking in it. Vic's voice is, nnnnnn, not really perfect. Kind of.. too high? Not that I was expecting it to be perfect--like I've said, I love Vic, but I did not want him in this role. But I really want to reserve my full judgement until I see a few episodes. And, gotta say, disappointed to not hear Greg speaking.

I must say I am impressed with Haruhi, Vic... not so much... idk, I'll wait to see longer clips, the full dialogue, etc.

Yeah... maybe I'll like the sound of his voice better when its in conversation.
Gotta say, I'm jealous of the people who've gotten to see the previews at cons. I wonder if anyone in this guild has seen it...

Seen the dub, now have an opinion. I like it. Vic isn't perfect, but he still pulls it off quite well. Kyoya sounds a little smarmy but I can handle it. Greg Ayres could sound more mischievous as Kaoru, but he's still good and when he speaks in unison with Hikaru it's golden. Luci Christian is pretty perfect as Hunni, but I saw that coming.
My biggest gripe with the dub is one line in the script. At the end of episode 1, Haruhi says "I'll just call everyone dude and bro!" I understand it's impossible to accurately translate what she says in the Japanese, but this line still feels like a cop out on FUNi's part.

I am beyond impressed with Catlin. I love the twins the most of everyone though.

I actually groaned out loud at that part.
I love that Caitlin Glass doesn't sound like Winry! Unlike Vic, who sometimes sounds like Edward. The twins are awesome XD Monica Rial is a pretty amazing Renge, too.
