Well, if you're talking about Akira, the movie, than I have watched it. It's pretty good, well, if you're into gore and action. It's kinda hard to follow, I didn't get it the first time I watched it, but the second time I watched it, I kinda got it. xD Lol.

i watched it again today and i understood that he was full of enourmous energy adn he was made into the universe. maby in time we can. beacuse its already begun. that was the phrase

ok this being my Fav anime movie i can tell you about it since i watched it so many times -.-
Akira was a boy the japanese army experimented on in the department of telekinesis , he was by the far the greatest subject they have ever worked on, but sadly Akira's power got out of control and destroyed Tokeyo.
The japanese army blamed terrorist of the explosion to cover there tracks and built Neo tokeyo around the ruins of old tokeyo. Akrias Remanes are still being experimented on to find out what was so special about him, but they have found nothing yet.
Tetsuo the guy who crashed into that little boy on his bike while chasing a Clown member, was effected by the litle boys powers and got the Japanese army workin on him. but as you saw they couldnt control tetsuo neither.
Tetsuo looks for Akria becoz Tetsuo doesnt understand who he is and wants to find out who Akira is, but when he does find him, yeah he finds it funny to find him in alot of tubes.
in the manga it explains that the reason you mutate is becoz your powers are limited by your body. if your body changes your powers become stronger.
the 3 kids resummon Akira to take tetsuo away and stop him destroying everyone.
you find in the manga Tetsuo comes back with akira and they try to destroy Neo tokeyo together.
the manga is very different from the movie but is alot more indepth and explains alot more things.
