Short Bio/Gimmick: Long before there was a Super Hero, there was the Monitor. Trained in the ring by the Neo Hurricane, Michael Landry himself, The Monitor learned the ways of peace, justice, truth, and witty punchlines in the midst of a battle that cause viewers to cringe at the corny dialogue. From Landry, The Monitor learned that not all in the world of Pro Wrestling was evil. Not all in the world of Pro Wrestling was vile or seeded in politics... It led to The Monitor and Michael Landry holding the Tag Team championships on one occassion. Then The Monitor struck it big. The Monitor defeated his brother Griffon McLane, otherwise known as Grif, in the 5th Free For All to win the FFA Championship! Justice had prevailed!
And then Michael Landry turned on him. Betrayed him. Destroyed him.
The learner was bested by the enraged Teacher. In a simple misunderstanding, Michael Landry turned on the Monitor, proving once again that the root of all evil was the Gold that the Monitor held, and would hold until he was defeated by the grand monster Delta.
Michael had brought The Monitor all the way to the top of the ladder and then pulled it out from under him. He'd taken The Monitor's goggles off as a trophy, revealing his identity to the world. But after a long lapse in his career... he has returned. Goggles and all. The Monitor has returned and vowed to claim all the gold he can. Because Gold is the root of all evil in Pro Wrestling. It turned his mentor on him. But The Monitor believes... the Monitor KNOWS that he can purify the gold that he holds. So he will fight. For justice. For good. He will fight.
