Papers don't breed. I have both a male and a female and they don't breed. I can give you my scroll if you want to confirm.

Golds are actually the only rares that DO breed. All chickens are female and don't have a breed option at all. Paper females get the breed option, but no males show up on the list. I look at that and immediately think that TJ may make them breedable sometime in the future, but only with specific types (as Splits), possibly other 'enchanted item' type dragons. If he really didn't want them to ever breed, why wouldn't he just code papers the same way as the chickens?
Dinos (if you consider them rares) are all male and never show up on breeding lists.
For anyone wondering why I don't mention silvers, I find they're generally considered to be uncommon, not rare.

I like the idea, but it would be hard to decide who gets the egg.

I do like that idea that there might be other enchanted type dragons that the papers could breed with. And are you sure all dinos are male? Perhaps the females are just rarer. I had 5 2 headed male dragons before I got a female. So if it weren't for the fact that I had seen one other my opinion could have been that all 2 headed dragons were male.
