Apex_4 Sweet Sonic -XxCIoudStrifexX- black socks13 I preffer a 2-stroke because they are awsome. you can't flip a 4-stroke upside down and keep it running like a 2-stroke can. And i love the sound, power, and speed i get out of my 2-stroke bike. lol are you going to be riding up side down on a stand I know! The good thing about a 2-stroke, is that when your racing one and crash, all you have to do is get back up, walk over to the bike, pull the clutch in, pick the bike up, drop it to 1st gear and roll off! Thats what I like about racing one! mrgreen the same with 4 stroke. exept if you're off of it for a while, it'll eventually shut off. Yeah...same with the 2-strokes...since you crash in like 4th gear...so it idles...and then shuts down...my 4-stroke doesn't do that because my dad put a "Dead Man" switch on it. It wraps around my wrist and the bike can't turn on without it. And when I fall, the bike will slide away and the switch will come off...shutting the bike down...he put it on there so that when I fall...the bike doesn't stay on, catch traction and get up and roll away. Since the bike will move under it's own power in gear...

x-paintball_girl-x 2 strokes for really riding and 4 for playing around. also, utilitieswould be useless if they were 2stroke. Well...2 - Strokes are fast and can produce more power than 4 - Strokes... but the 4 - Strokes have more torque...4 - Strokes will easily dust a 2 - Stroke but the 2 - Stroke will come back in the corners because 1.)They produce more power than 4 - strokes A.)They have better grip than 4 - Strokes But...it all leads down to the rider...it's really anyones game because it mostly depends on the rider...

"they have better technology, just a few pounds lighter and everybody will be on a 4- stroke"

bad news for the 2 stroke riders......
2 strokes are getting banned. you may want to stock up on them while you can.
because of their emission rates and poor efficiency, they are becomming harder and harder to find.
there's also electric bikes out there. now, this does sound like a disaster..... but it's not as bad as they sound, though I'd never love anything other than gas powered.

What?! No! First off... They need to deal with their own problem with cars...not our bikes. Since there's a lot more cars out there, banning 2 strokes won't make a big difference...since there's not that many of them. Electric? You gotta be kidding. I agree...gas powered is better. It makes for a faster bike, and you don't have to hook it up to a wall every 10 laps. I mean...what happened to the smell of burning fuel eh? That was always a good smell...

Apex_4 I know, but there will always be a way to get our hands on they, I'm sure of it. Whatever. The people who are banning 2 strokes are getting to my race organization. We still race 2 strokes just we use electrics now. I get so bored when waiting for them to get done when I'm in the Pre - Grid since the go so slow.
