Salad, plain or with sesame ginger dressing heart
I don't know why more people don't eat salad without dressing. It's really yummy!

I love fresh fruit such as strawberries and oranges. During the summer, I can get fresh strawberries all the time from the strawberry patch in my mom's garden. Fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, kohlrabi, bell peppers, banana peppers, and so on are all different vegetables that I like. I also like spinach.

I'll keep you my dirty little secret... I love fruit. It's probably the most amazing thing in the world to me. I also love yogurt, especially frozen yogurt. <3
...don't tell anyone or you'll be just another regret.

Gossy edamame beans. They are so yummy. Trader Joe's has a pack of already boiled and peeled ones that is great for snacking. I don't see them at my regular grocery store so I have to go out of my way to get them, but they are worth it. XB wikipedia says: Quote: Fiber-rich foods such as edamame help prevent mood fluctuations by keeping blood-sugar levels steady.[2] Edamame also contains protein, which further helps stabilize blood sugar, and omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to combat depression[citation needed]. Edamame beans contain higher levels of abscissic acid, sucrose, protein than other types of soybean. They also contain a high source of vitamin A, vitamin B and calcium. woot. here is a pic of them: I like them without any added salt or sugar. I am craving edamame so badly right now! XD So yummy!
