I don't really like her or dislike her. I think she is justified in being dramatic because she did go through a lot with Cedric dying and that made her over emotional. Harry could be a little bit insensitive to her at times but then again he had his own reasons as well. All in all, their situation wasn't really compatible because they just had too much going on in life.
You see her from Harry's point of view which probably wasn't accurate because he didn't understand girls on a whole. She had her good points as well like how she stuck up for Harry and didn't pay any attention to what the tabloids said about him. As I said, she's not my favorite but I can see where she would be coming from.

Bukubuku Zaurak I'm just pointing out that it's hypocritical to hate Cho when she has nowhere near as many flaws or bad points as other adored charcters. I think that's kind of the point with most Cho-haters. She's too perfect. She lacks depth that the other flawed characters have. Cho seems very much like a Mary-Sue, and a cheap ploy to make Harry "normal." (as in actually showing interest in girls) Personally, I thought she was very boring, and almost every scene with her seemed so corny and contrived.
I agree with you, perfect wording.

I absolutely adored ChoHarry until the fifth book, but I didn't really like Cho. She's an annoying, near-perfect character. She is constantly jumping to conclusions, and a total drama queen though.
I just don't like her.

I've never hated Cho, but I can find a few reasons why anyone could. However, I can also defend her position.
Over-dramatizing. The girl IS being a tad dramatic, but that's not her fault. When Harry said he was leaving to see Hermione, she freaked out, I believe, because she had lost Cedric a year before. She was protective of Harry and trying to keep him by her side because she already had to deal with losing someone she loved already and she didn't want that to happen again.
She's also hated because she was Harry's main love interest, yet all she could do was cling and use him as a channel for her emotions, but I don't suppose that's her fault...anyone would be like that.
