Okay, so when I was visiting relatives in Osaka, my cousin wanted to take me around the city for a tour, and along the way, I saw a Pachinko Center. Cousin wanted to play a few games there, and so I decided to go play a little myself. At the time, I was only 16 years old, and I was putting those little silver balls in and playing around with the flipper. Meanwhile, I saw that the people who worked there gave me weird looks and just kept grinning and whispering to each other. But then again, everyone else in the place wore business suits, except for me and my cuz. So just wondering if anyone knows the age limit on playing Pachinko?

I can't read anywhere in there where there's any mention of age limits. Does that mean that there is none, or is there a better source to find the information from?

Clearly they must not care about your age to much =p

The age limit might be 20, as 20 is the legal adulthood age. (As you might know it is celebrated by Seijin shiki - the coming-of-age ceremony held annually)

Will you find me a blue rose? As of this time last summer it was 18. Which is different than the drinking age which is twenty. But neither are as strictly enforced in Japan as they are in America. Me and some other people from my study tour group accidentally ended up in a pachinko parlor (I was 17 then.) and no one cared. It was the same with drinking my friend (who was 18 ) bought alcohol at a convenience store and no one cared, but he looks old for and American.
