Gimmick: Seita Gray is the Hardcore Genius. He is always innovating new ways to torture his opponents in hardcore matches, and has an amazing Win/Loss record where 90% of his losses are a result of disqualification. Gray can't stand regular rules matches, but that doesnt mean he doesnt compete in them. Gray would rather set a man on fire then get a clean pinfall. Recently however, he has taken a very psychological look at the fan's reactions to him. After much testing and experimentation and thought, he has decidedly separated himself from his fan base. He no longer calls himself the Hardcore Genius, even when he acts hardcore, nor does he refer to himself as a Shocktrooper, even when acts as his former, less hardcore self. He his just Seita Gray, and undefinable wrestler. He has chosen a path that will see him just do... as he chooses and act as he always has, never paying the fans any mind as he does so. Boo'd or cheered, either way, he will only ever be himself.
Seita got his start in the GWF, Glitch Wrestling Federation, but did not participate in it's invasion of the WWE, as he was overseas, fulfilling other obligations to indy promotions like the AWA. While in GWF, Seita Gray competed well in Free For All Numbers 5 and 6, nearly winning number five. Seita also had a long fued with the Monitor while employed. Seita made his return to the WWE in 2005, after GWF was purchased by it. His first fued was over the WWE United States Title, against Cobra. Seita nearly won the title, but Cobra snaked his way to victory using the Cobra Clutch.
Seita halted his attempts to own that title and became a gun for hire among the roster, that the heels hired often. Seita was then released early into his aspiring career, a mistake by many considering he was over with the fans as a heel and was even given his own talk show, The Gossip Tonic.
Gray was part of indy promotions for a long time, getting over with the fans as a face when he started using his more hardcore tactics. Even his disqualification losses earned high amounts of cheers from the fans, and he is now thought of as the Hardcore Genius. He has thought of many different match types that may never be implemented due to their dangerous aspects.
Since his return to WWE:TF, he has been fueding with the GWF, mainly, while still in the title hunt for gold that he can claim. Gold that cant be lost by DQ. He soon found himself fused in a fued with the Undertaker, who had returned to Biking to show everyone what they were dealing with. Gray was the first to reverse his chokeslam upon his return, but soon fell to the move. Gray continued to fight back, but he lost a match against the Undertaker. Gray then entered a fued with Vulture, a result of the unfortunate beating he recieved at the hands of the iWo. At Re:Venge, Gray and Vulture fought in an Ironman Match that ended in a 1-0 victory, last second, Vulture winning. He faced Vulture in a match at Mind Tricks which saw him win by pinfall, when the fans counted the pin to 4 and the referee called for the bell.
Gray now writes all the names of the people he hits with his chair on the chair itself in silver inked sharp-e pen. Gray got into a large brawl with Eazy E in WWE:U that threatened the mental capabilities and stability of Seita's mind. After failing for months to hit Eazy with his steel chair, Gray accidentally was forced to add himself to his own list. Finally, Gray defeated Eazy at No Way Out, with Kendall Madison as his manager, added Eazy to the list, and fixed the final score with the battle with Eazy.
Gray was not booked to wrestle at WrestleVasion III, but showed up anyway during the Money in the Bank match, where he smashed Cartwright in the face with a steel chair and pinned him during the match that he was not a part of to win the WWE:U Hardcore title for the first time. However in a match with Cyrus Everblaze for the X-Division title, Seita lost. Because his title was defended 24/7, by technicality Cyrus was declared the new Hardcore champion as well, right before they were combined into one title, which Seita and Cyrus competed in a Falls Count Anywhere match at Bash at the Beach for the right to hold it, which Gray won. However, that wasn't the last WWE:U saw of Seita that night. Because of Cyrus' physicial condition, he was unable to compete in his main event match that night. Mick Foley forced Seita Gray to replace him in a WWE:U title match against Matt Stone, but he unfortunately lost this match. The show after Bash at the Beach was not without Seita Gray, but he had a completely changed mentality, and explained it thoroughly in a promo about his line of thought.
