Aw, it sucks when you don't get contacted about stuff like that. My friend's moving schools, and didn't get any information about results day because it was on the same letter as the enrollment information.
It's good they're letting you go in tomorrow, but it sucks about having to finish Jane Eyre by tomorrow. I'm supposed to read Snow Falling on Cedars by next monday, and I still haven't started. Too many words per page.

I have finished it now but have resolved myself to talking in what I dub "Jane Eyre Speak" for the rushed effort has maimed my fingers in to writing in such a manner ...

Meh, i'm getting my stuff for college tomorrow in town. I'm lucky because my mum is giving me a load of stuff too. xd sweatdrop
I like reading stuff that's not "latest english", i actually understand the language in a way. I got a B in Shakespeare and a B grade in GCSE English Literature too. sweatdrop

I end up doing that. I get so engrossed in books I talk like the characters for the rest of the day. It happens with films too. I walked around talking like a pirate the other day, after watching Pirates of the Caribbean.
I'm getting my stuff today too xd I'm actually excited..I think it's because I haven't left the house in a while.

Well, i still need a few things as well. sweatdrop
Also, today was my first day at college induction, i've got tomorrow and then i start the course next monday. I was nervous but it was okay. I'm still feeling a bit wierd though, maybe because i'm not use to changes in environment much. whee

I still have a couple of things too, because they didn't tell us everything we'd need last year.
I'm loving Sixth Form xd I had drama all afternoon, and we went from doing a devised piece to having a whole lesson jumping over chairs (and I spent all of it drinking coke and eating sweets on the sofa.) Mind you, we probably would have got away with it last year, if it wasn't for the fact we had such a big class.
Plus, I'm only in for two hours tomorrow, and then I get to come home (probably applying for jobs sad )

I haven't been here in ages, but I come bearing news!
I went to see Russell T Davies and John Barrowman today, and whilst a lot of it was a bit 'hush hush' about Torchwood and Doctor Who, they did let a bit slip.
The main villain in the next series of Torchwood will be called 'The Four Five Six.' Russell said it was because they were too bad a villain to be named anything else. John also said that some of the scenes are so emotional that they can't even get through it in the read throughs.
Apparently there are cliffhangers at the end of each episode (as expected) but John said the one at the end of the fourth episode is the worst.
I can't wait!
ETA: I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but there won't be edited down versions next year.

Awesome biggrin I'd kind of expect cliffhangers, and that the one at the end of the fourth to be the biggest cliffhanger (since it's the penultimate episode).

I'm loving this book xd So much useless knowledge (But also the first draft of the first scenes of the DW Christmas episode eek )
"Julie's upset. She's saying 'Leave Mickey in the parallel universe,' and I'm saying, 'Too late! We promised Noel that we'd bring him back in Torchwood Series Three.'"
Now, this was back in February, so plans may have changed. But yay! xd

xd I haven't commented here in a while.
However, that book is one of the things on my long list of things i want to get when i get me EMA money, if i don't get it then i'll wait for my dad to get it for me for Xmas or something. sweatdrop
Also, just mentioning in case nobody's said. Anyone heard the latest rumours for the Doctor Who Children in Need special thing?

I'm sure I must've mentioned it ... might be in another forum that I did though. There's a rumour going around that all 7 living doctors will be in it. However, press releases for Children In NEed have it listed under a Children-In-Need-Themed clip.
