A Summer Shower. The meadows always wet with rain after a summer shower. Water dances on the blades of grass and puts a shine on every flower. And I lay down in the filed of green and feel the sunlight on my clothes. I close my eyes because the sky's so bright, the tall grass tickles my toes. The sounds of summer are around me now, birds and crickets, pixie laughter... Id I could stay right here, you know I would. Dreaming happily ever after.

The fair is by all means a fae hosted event and if one is to look close enough you'll notice not all the 'carnies' are exactly human, though by no means are there a lack of that species either. The event is set up in a large park just to the south of barton fields where the grass is always green. Large tents serve as the booths of this set up with flaps pinned back so as to show off whatever may be inside, of course some places just use a tarp stretched overhead and go for an outdoor feel. Entry is $2 for children ages 0-15 and $5 for adults, 16+ Now upon going through you have a few option as to what to do...
Area 1 - Performance Show off The first area you'll see on entry. A large stage is fifteen meters ahead and various magical and non-magical acts perform here for a gold coin or simple amusement, billboards advertising act schedules are placed to the left and right. Magicians, contact jugglers, fire eaters and levitations can all be found here. Surrounding this center stage are a various other leisurely activities such as fortune telling booths, freak shows, face painting and much more. You have the choices of going left or right. Turning left you'll find...
Area 2. - Sideshow Alley For all your prize grubbing, luck gambling needs. Prizes of all shapes, sizes and novelties are up for grabs, including some more than average quality ones if you get my meaning. You didn't think a faerie fair would be all mortal games and prizes did you? Games range from lucky number, darts and hoops to more odd commodities like 'pick the prince'. Pick up a frog, kiss it and keep whatever it turned into. Find the lucky golden prince statue and take home the grand prize! All frogs magiclly enchanted for hygienic purposes. Of course maybe you'd gone right, thinking fortune night on your side today, in that case you would have found...
Area 3. - Riding crusaders Roller coasters, merry go rounds, Ferris wheels and bumper cars abound! Tickets range in price and complimentary airbags are provided for all those more sickening rides. This is a place for the bold, the faint of heart and the merry makers. From This area you can head towards the...
Area 4 - Food court Behold the wondrous gourmet pleasures of both carnie and courtier! Roasts and corndogs are sold under the same tent and just to you left you can buy both fairy floss ( pun intended ) and springs wines, limited to 18+ of course. All at a reasonable price with, miraculously, enough space for every one to find a table suited to the exact sizing of their party...how strange.
Area 5. - Markets Coming from Sideshow Alley you might stumble into Area 5, consisting of some of the most remarkable wares and stores you'll set eyes on. It's much like the gift shop of the faire only without the tacky fridge magnets and coffee cups. Anything and everything can be bought in this market from exotic colourful clothing to toys with which to entertain even the grumpiest of child. The market accepts all currencies, cards and even barters if they feel the exchange is fair enough.
As a final note all currencies are accepted within the fair, however any money must be withdrawn from the ATM down the street five blocks away as most places do not take cards other than the market.
