Sunday's Story
The soft yet bold hue of orange-yellow that masks the feline's face reminded her owner of the glow the sun gives off when it rises or sets. So should be named Sunrise or Sunset? Well, the owner gave her neither of the names, and went with Sunday. The cat's demeanor just reminded him of the day: laidback and radiant.
Sunday was born beneath the porch steps of a family's home, with the family's dog finding her, her siblings and the mother cat. The ASPCA were called in, and the mother and kittens were brought to the humane society. Eventually, they were all put up for adoption when the kittens were old enough to leave their mother. One by one, the kittens were brought to loving homes, while Sunday waited to be picked up. 
Finally, a young man in his twenties (his name's Thomas) was attracted to the kitten the moment he spotted her in her pen, and adopted her soon afterwards.
Sunday lives in a comfortable apartment in the city, now a fine, adult Manx. Thomas brings the feline along with him to work, which is a bakery that sells delicious treats for cats and dogs (Yummie Yum's). She helps out by bringing over samples of the treats to visiting pets, offering it to them, as well as greeting customers.
