When he started the guild was it just a guild he felt like making? Or was it a guild owned by an NPC agent then given to Vince after the Zurg left?
I just wanted to know because the hive was officially owned by ....07 I believe.

Vince did not start the guild. TIM started the guild. Vince is just the Acting Captain. TIM has temporarily stepped down and is just a Vice-Capt now.

Well, technically the guild belonged to a former agent who donated it to the group.
TIM originally made the group back in October of '06, though he talked to Vince about it. TIM is the original leader of the GIB and Vince was co-captain for the longest time. TIM wasn't able to be online as much, so he transfered power over to Vince.
