Um.... I haven't actually played the game, but why does he have a pyramid on his head?
Like... honestly? Who came up with that? xD because while his personality and actions may be fearsome, his appearance is certainly not...
And to answer the question, I love the KH2 villains. Why? Because they're fantastic. And the fanon depictions of their daily lives are always hilarious.
And I daresay that I'm quite a fan of Gabranth, too. And Drace. Both are Judge Magisters from FFXII <3 They were... uh.. half-villains.

Pyramid Head =
heart whee . It's supposed to be this manifestation of James' overwhelming feeling that he needs to be punished. It's supposed to have the appearance of a grotesque executioner. Think of the pyramid on it's head to be a bizarre and exaggerated executioner's hood.
And, quite frankly, I think I would crap myself if I saw that thing coming at me IRL, dragging a huge sword behind him, pyramid atop his head and all.
Even though he's a total whiner, I still love Albedo too. ^_^ He's such a sadistic b*st*rd. What's not to love about someone who will blow up their own body parts (like, arm and head) just to scare the crap out of someone?
Pyscho Mantis (from Metal Gear Solid) is a great one too. That fight with him was one of the biggest pains in the butt EVER. First they psych you out, because they programed it to read your memory card and have the guy say something like "I see you like [insert game here]", and then during the fight it keeps switching the controller port and button configuration.
And freakin' Nemesis from Resident Evil 3. Get chased around by this huge b*st*rd through the entire game, and he's busting through walls like a demonic Kool Aide man. That game gave me nightmares back in the day...
I'm sure I have more, but I can't think of them right now.
