I don't see how they can. ^^''True. But even if the don't make us out to be complete assholes, I'm gonna bug every NPC agent I ever find as much as I can. I wonder, if there's not many created, would they be offered a place here? I guess that'd be TIM's decision.

I'd say 'if' they made them, which I don't think is a high possibility, they would be automatic. You know, like the quest givers.

I actually found it while doing my daily morning lurking session around the MMO Forum, people put up the best things when they think no one's looking. Also, tell no one I put the screenshot up here. Qixter hates it when people put these up.
