red_moon_wolfess Thursday-sunday? Thats just before my finals. But I think I could make it. If only to pop by and check who has answered my riddles. ( By the way, those are going to be PM answers only, otherwise everyone might get all the answers!) I meant the days should be Thursday-Sunday. I'm asking about the dates, since the week of the actual anniversary is during my finals.
Also, I think it would be good to have more than one person with the answers to the riddles, just in case a judgment call is needed. wink You can send them to the mule account, if you want to.

I chose Riddles with a streight forward answer. Except for the last one, that one is a trick riddle, cause I am mean that way. But really there is only one right answer to that one as well.
But if you really want me to I will. Do you want the riddles too?

So ... I'm going to say the event be held on May 22-26 - just to get the discussion moving. If anyone has a conflict, let me know here and now. Otherwise, I'll just stick to those days and make it official. smile red_moon_wolfess I chose Riddles with a streight forward answer. Do you want the riddles too? If you'd rather not send them, that's fine. I just thought it might be easier with the guild account giving out the prizes. (If you do decide to send them, just send them to IRTIA). I'll be sure you get full credit either way. wink

Those dates work well for me. On the subject of using well known books, like Inkheart was mentioned, how about Lord of the Rings too?

Just to point out: The weekend of the 24-26 is a holiday in the US (not that I won't be on the computer anyway, but you never know).

Does anyone want to be on a cosplay judging panel?

Would the cosplay be like a tektek contest, with a set deadline for entries? I can judge for that (and hope I know the books in question).

And have them say what book it's from, so you know what the character should look like!

OliviaFalconer Maybe the thread should have gone on longer. sad It was too bad more people didn't play. Indeed. Though those who showed interest did participate. Maybe I shouldn't have tried to hold it without more initial interest. Anyway, I just locked it [May 30], so ... we'll just have to hold another ball later on when more people are interested.
