Personally, I think the 'glowing eyes' effect was from the shine of the lights. Wings in the wrong area really for practical flight. On a humanoid, to keep any sort of sustained flight, they'd be about the middle of your torso.

it reminds me of an artical i read about american soilders accidently shooting down a winge figure that was to bigg to be a bird and wasnt shaped like a plane. idk if they were trying to hint at it being an angel but it is intresting.

neutral That did seem pretty real, and I'm sure it could have been, but what if it was staged? I guess I'm fifty fifty. I believe, but I doubt.

Fake. Oh and the 'glowing eyes' are light reflecting off our angel's glasses.

It COULD be a fallen angel, OR is it Gollum?
I think it's faked, it's way to convenient for someone to just happen to stumble upon something like that, and we all know that anything can be faked in a video.
And as everyone else has already mentioned, the feathers are a normal bird feather, and possibly a dead leaf...

when i saw that "angel" look at the camera it scared the hell out of me. But it looks most likely fake, but it could still be real...

Sky Blue Faerie Fake. Oh and the 'glowing eyes' are light reflecting off our angel's glasses. Impossible. Glasses can't make this kind of glow, only a slight shine.Your theory is crap.
