It's great! He works graveyard shift, so I don't see him much during the week, but weekends are fantastic, haha
I'm not looking forward to his deployment, but it's in the job description, and I signed up! haha

I'm a AF girlfriend, but I haven't met him yet since it was an online relationship for four years before hand, but we do know each other really well from that. Yeah I know I might be the only one with this kind of situation. x3
Hopefully he gets some time to visit his family and maybe I'll visit him then. D: I could picture marrying him, he is so sweet and kind. Just can't wait till he gets through tech school now. Basic is over and he has a new challenge. x3 I haven't chatted with him in three months, I feel kind of cranky at times, but it is worth the wait, I know it. Ever letter is like a present! <3

Really interesting story, Mia!
My dad served 10 years in USAF. Because of that my 2 sisters were born in Germany, and I spent my first 3 years at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. ^_^ Two of my uncles also served in AF.
So it felt right to enlist myself. I leave in 2 weeks.

I'm in love with a US Marine, while I'm stuck over here in the UK. It's the most heart wrenching thing - he's being deployed before I can fly out to see him. So I've already said that I'll be booking my tickets to be waiting for him once I know he's got a month before returning.
Since he's so far away, I'm not his "girlfriend" or partner. But we're trying our best. But I am "his girl".... and I'll be the one waiting for him to return.
