okay, i was real excited about miyavi being in this like superband, but is he still doing the neo visualism(i'm probably spelling that wrong xp ) with the kabuki boys or is he going solo since he has some new video's out? i'm really confused on what's been up lately
ps.(caution:it's random) i got my first miyavi cd. i got it at an anime convention cause no other stores i know sell his stuff. i'm so happy. i got the 7 samurai session one. xd

well...I'm not really sure what's going on with Myv right now.
I mean...there's only one sound I love from Miyavi and that's acoustic and gig pig.
I support him in whatever he does though and right now he's going through a hip hop-phase but he seems to be growing out of it. I think that ever since he debuted in America he's been more conscious about representing Japan in the world of music, if you hear his new Cd you'll get what I'm saying and in lyrics like What a wonderful world it reflects and such so...expect him to go through plenty of more phases until he finds his own voice, I personally love him when he's a anythign goes rock star :3 that's how I fell in love with him, I love for his ability to rock out when he used to so I hope he goes back to that in the future..
the thing is that each member has something going on in S.K.I.N. right now X Japan is back together and I think that they are recording and playing a few gigs so Yoshiki is going to be all about them right now until September. Sugizo just got out a new album and is working on a lot of things by himself. Gackt I'm pretty sure is keeping himself busy and Miyavi is gonna be busy with his new tour and I'm pretty sure with interviews and all that Jazz. I think that S.K.I.N. is not really a "forever" band, it's gonna be a spur of the moment thing and maybe they will eventually release an album but first we'll see the Live of Anime Expo and I think Japan or was it France?
about him going solo. the Kabuki boys are his "back up band" right now. and he'd say he was still gonna be doing his own thing so he told his fans not to worry abut the whole S.K.I.N. thing when the fuzz got started. So...Miyavi is basically solo...S.K.I.N. just borrowed him for a while and they will again.

oh wow! thank u mrgreen i mean when i became a fan of miyavi, i fell in love with his personality then his music. i acually like the hip hop thing he's doing but it's getting alittle old and it does seem like a phase. i too support miyavi in anything he does. i wasn't too excited about skin only because i like miyavi as a solo person, doing his own personal stuff. i hope when they do come out with a single that it is amazing.
what next will happen in the world of miyavi? whatever it is, i'm in.

I think Miyavi is in a really great place right now. I think he's having a lot of fun with Kavki boyz and is living life to the fullest. He'll always be moving toward something new, so I wouldn't call his styles "phases" but instead "inspirations". Let's all keep supporting him and his amazing music and styles! Go MYV!
