"Don't need a stupid doctor.. I'll be fine" Edward grumbled, still holding his thobbing head. Nevermind he was going to have a headache for the rest of the day for sure. Really now.. he wasn't -that- fragile, but something cold might be nice.
He heaved a sigh, wondering just how he was going to explain this one to Lilianna. She usually got overly concerned about stuff like this, and she would most certainly notice a big bump on his head.

When Vash held up his paw, an odd glint entered Winry's eyes. She gave another grin that looked like she was excited to the point of having to hold herself in check. Already her paws were itching to take on this new project; after all, an opportunity to tinker with new machinery and technology had just willingly presented itself! Who wouldn't be excited?
"Automail limbs are prosthetics, actually," Winry said with an even wider smile. "So I'm sure I could do maintenance on anything you need." She considered tacking on 'especially if they're machinery-based,' but figured she probably looked eager enough.
Again looking past Vash at the alchemist's words, she was determined not to let his sour mood ruin her own. "Well, at least go and get something for the bump, Edward. I think I have bandages in my room if you need any." She paused and frowned very slightly in thought...before looking back at the other red-coated kitsu. "The rest of my tools are in my room too. Would you mind if I took a look in there? If you don't mind doing it right now, that is, of course!" she ended with a sheepish grin.

"A medic too?" He laughed, regarding Winry with amusement. He could tell these two had been friends for a long time. "Go ahead! I don't really need any maintenance but you're welcome to take a look. I don't know when I'll need a new one next." Vash laughed softly at the truth in that statement. He'd normally just go visit his family in the still functioning SEED ship but... that wasn't an option any more.
Which meant he'd have to rely on Winry. And she seemed nice so far - for which he was glad.
"Just pretend you've passed out from the wound - that usually gets them to leave you alone." He quipped in response to Ed, shaking his head.

Edward huffed indignantly at Winry, "Why don't you get it? You're the one that put it there" he retorted, pointing at the bump on his head. Putting his paw down he looked at Vash with a bit of a grin at his suggestion. He'll have to try that sometime.
But yeah.. he and Winry had been friends for a really long time. Although... she really didn't know much about his life here, but there was no hurry. Atleast there was no hurry for him anyway.
His automail could probably use a looking at too, but Winry seems so enthused with looking at Vash's arm that he decides to not mention it for now.

"Oh, no-no!" Winry said in response to Vash's amused question, holding up the paw with her wrench and shaking her head. "The only thing I know how to doctor are machines, heheh." She inhaled slowly to calm herself down - though this didn't erase the gleam of excitement in her eyes - then said "But if you really don't mind, I'd love to have a look at your arm."
Speaking of maintenance, though, maybe Ed was due for a check-up too. After all, she wasn't sure if anyone here knew how to service his prosthetics. Winry rolled her eyes at his huffing, deciding that it would be best to let that subject drop (unless he really did pass out), and turned tail to pad down the hall. After a few steps she added, "You come too, Edward. I have something for you too."
She had been waiting a long time to give him her newest creation!

Vash nodded. He could use a check-up - he still wasn't sure what all was what here in this new land and if his technology was even compatible. It would really be bothersome if he lost his arm again and then found himself unable to replace it. "Sure, go ahead. Just don't pry anything loose." He grinned widely.
As Winry started off so did Vash, though he paused beside Ed, "Coming?"

Edward continued to sulk in his little spot, until Winry announced that he should come along.. that she had something for him. Golden eyes blinked in surprise, wondering what it was.
Vash's question then caused him to look up at the taller, red coated kitsu before heaving a sigh, "Yeah I'm coming." He would have anyway, cause now Winry had piqued his curiousity.
