Lately I've been really into Japanese TV dramas. I have watched Hana Yori Dango, Stand Up!, Hana Kimi, and Honey &Clover

does anyone have any other suggestions??? xd

Nobuta wo Produce is a pretty sweet drama. It mainly stresses on friendship instead of romance though.
If you liked the manga or anime for NANA, I suggest you watch the 2 movies that are out for it, which are live-action. Same thing goes for Death Note.
There are some Korean dramas that are pretty good as well. Goong, I think, is a really good drama, and both of the guys in involved in the love triangle in there are good looking, as an extra bonus. Full House is another good Korean drama.
