As everyone must know by now the guild has fizzled a little bit and we are not happy about it. So in the spirit of making the guild more active and more fun for everyone we are looking to revitalize it a bit. We are looking for a few new crew members to help us out with this process. We need fun, energetic, and committed crew memebrs to help us revitalize the guild and push it forward and help us get it active and get people posting again.

We are looking for crew members who can get people posting, get people to join, and get peple active as well as helping with day to day duties moderators etc. We need recruiters and motivaters and we want you to let us kow if you are that.

I know I was a crew member once, and would love to be one again, but I won't be able to do much until a few months from now.

1. Why do you think you should be chosen? (At least 4-5 sentences): I think I should be chosen, not because I'm the best of the best but because I'm motivated. I think becoming a Moderator will allow me to learn alot of important skills that I need in real life. Plus I am on alot and know my ways around the game. I am also very 'passionate' for voting and chatting and I think I can encourage others to do so too.

2. Why do you think you will not be chosen? (At least 4-5 sentences): I think there are a few reasons that I will not be chosen. But one of the most important reasons is that I do not have alot of experience with beign a Mod although I have been one before.

3. Do you have any Crew experience? If so, where at? : Yes I do. I was once a crew/vice captain of a guild that died off and is now selling. There I wasn't responsible for much because the guild was pretty disorganized which in the end brought down the guild.

1. There is a member who just joined 5 minutes ago. He has already broken a rule. What do you do? First i would see which rule he broke to see what needs to be done. Then I would PM him about why he has broken the rules. I would also ask him to please review the rules and not break them.

2. Now there is a member who has just broken a major rule, such as a Harrassing A Guild Member. What do you do? I would first break up the fight/arguement between them. I would take down the offending posts. I would then PM the rulebreaker about why he broke the rules. If he continues to swear and break several other rules during this talk I would Kick him form the guild.

3. A member is fussing and complaining about anything stupid (Example: He/she is saying another member called them a name), what should you do and not do? I will PM both of them to find otu what happened. I will then try to resolve this problem with either one person appoligizing to the other or having them just calm down and forgive and forget. Either way i would not ever get myself involved, I would not instigate them nor would i ban them. ((I've seen it before))

4. A member disagrees with you and says they will tell a Captain. You go on with your day, and a Captain comes online and PM's you and asked for your side of the story. What would you do? I would explain the whole story not taking sides and not leaving out details. If I was wrong I would admit it and PM the complaining member saying I was wrong.

5. Your most best friend ever is online, and he/she breaks a few rules. Would you warn them? Of course. To be a mod you must have disapline. everyone must be treated equally.

6. A member has posted a contest in the main forums. What do you do? I would move the contest into the contest sub forum and then PM the member that posted it where it now is and where they should post contests and other things from now on.

7. A member accidently goes off topic/starts a thread in the wrong section. What do you do? I would PM the creator about this telling them where I had moved it. I would not post in the forum for it's rude and disruptive as well as not everybody may see it. then I would move the topic to the right forum and inform the creator of where different kinds of topics belong.

8. A user is trolling on the forums (Def: Only came to cause trouble). What should you do? I would PM them to stop trolling the forum. if they do stop I'd then ask them to take down their posts as well as make a public apology in the forums they trolled. If they don't stop then I would kick/ban them from the guild and take down all their posts myself.

11. What area are you interested in participating Crew wise? ( contest host, thread moderator, etc. ) Guild Contests Creator would be my dream role but anyhting I can get would be great.

12. Why do you want to be apart of our Crew? I want to be part of this crew becasue this guild seems really friendly. also i have seen alot of problems occuring in this guild that just makes me mad. i can't do anything cause I'm powerless. So I wish to become a mod so I can make this guild a better ecviroment for others.


Additional Comments (Please give at least 3-4 sentances of additional comments about yourself): I enjoy doind hands on things such as lego and writing. I also love carpenting. I love to random and sometimes sarcastic but when you get used to it you would think it's funny. I never use my sarcasm to hurt feelings though.
