From what I had originally heard it sounded like it is a remake of the original for the ds. I think I had seen the japanese version somewhere...
Cant remember where though ><
Cause they had screenshots. But that was a month or more when I had heard about it. I had forgotten about it till now sweatdrop

I was hoping they'd make a Disgaea game for the DS, because I don't own a PSP...and wouldn't want one anyway. 3nodding

I saw an article about it in Nintendo Power a month or two ago and it's going to be another remake of the 1st one. It's going to have wi-fi matches so you can fight friends, and it's going to be coming out in September (There's an add for it in the most recent NP)

The only reason I might pick up this game on the DS is to play with others I know, and since it doesn't promise WiFi compatibility I think I'll pass. Not enough people locally have a DS to make it worth my while.
That said, NIS is branching out, finding a less expensive console to produce their games on. That's why they've been porting this game to the PSP (and now the DS.) It'll be interesting to see where this leads.
