Yes please!! I'd really like to earn the go helmet, I think that's what it's called, because there's a pose you can wear it as a pink fish, which I think PinkSeedkin would like!
I started getting into facebook yesterday and exploring some of the applications. I like it and there is so much to do!

I've pretty much given up on facebook. I just don't have the time or energy to give to something else. I look at my home page and don't know what to do. It just makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Don't give up! Let us help you! When I first joined, I was lost too and had no idea what anything was or meant, and I gave up for a few weeks until another friend helped me through it as I went, and I started trying some of the applications.
There are two main places to click. The Facebook logo in the corner will take you to a page that shows some recent activity among your friends, but most importantly lets you see any pending requests in the upper right hand corner. Each one will probably let you accept or decline a friend request or an application thing that if you don't already have on your profile, will let you add it. When it shows you a list of check boxes, like allow this application to see who I am, I leave all those checked except the last one about sending me emails. Once you have the application on your profile, you can use it to send virtual gifts to your friends, or show what books/movies/music/cars you like, or create your own little virtual pet to feed, or whatever. There are so many things out there, or some people don't have anything but their basic profile info.
Oh, the second place to click (which I got sidetracked and never talked about!) is your Profile which lets you see all your installed applications and use them. One of mine is an egg hunt which I check for hidden eggs every now and then. Or my aquarium with fish to feed.
It's all fun and silly and you can do as much or as little as you want, but I'd love if you were on my friends list so I could at least send you silly gifts to display! razz

Thanks for these links.
Anyway, I was going to recommend that we open a new Purkle hangout in Kinsaki. Should we do it now, or is it too early? If a Kinsaki hangout is opened, I'll be happy to be in charge of that.

What's Kinsaki? If it's another new forum/avi place, feel free to start a purkle hangout there! I don't know if I'll be joining. I almost never visit the places I'm a member of as it is.
