There happens to be this necklace/pendant thing with JAM Project x POLICE. I'm pretty sure it's not The Police (the band with Sting), or else there would be more information about it. I'm guessing it might be a visual kei band or some other Japanese band, or even the Japanese police force of some sort fundraising or something.
