Your job is very important, your job is one of the jobs that bring new people to the guild.
Your pay is more than anyone else in the guild gets! therefore I expect more of you.
There are 4 of you only because I figured with 4 of you, things should always be kept up-to-date and you would keep people coming to the guild.
The contest votes are only suppose to be 3 days so keep a watch on that.
How to get more people to join the contest
Artwork
Go to the art arena and send random comments to the artists profile with a link to guild requesting them to join the gamblers arena.
Avatar/Tektek
Go to the avatar arena and send random comments to the peoples avatars and profiles with a link to the guild requesting them to join the gamblers arena.
Things that bother me:
When I have to make the poll for a contest that was over after 3 days.
When I have to have to start the thread for the new contest to start.
When I have to remind you that a contest was over.
When your contest has had no avatars or artwork for days and days.
If I give you a paycut and you still don't do all the things required of you then you will be replaced.
If you do better the next time, then you will get your regular pay back.

Ok, I have to break some confusion. There is a lot of confusion on who is on what contest, and who is doing what job, so now I'm about to help things get back going again.
I have been a little tired lately because of all the stuff I have going on, but I hope that I am able to get everyone on the right track today.
1. Scarlet_eyed_kuripika is the treasurer for the artwork contest unless she would like to switch with -=yo it shad=-.
2. -=Yo it Shad=- is the treasurer for the avatar/tektek contest unless she switches with scarlet_eyed_kuripika
3. Samuel22 is the data keeper for the avatar/tektek contest.
4. Clepsydra is the data keeper for the artwork contest.
5. It is not recommended for samuel or clepsydra to switch jobs. Clepsydra knows more about the artwork stuff.
*Remember both data keeper and treasurer are held accountable for lack things running. So help each other out by sending reminders and keep each other up to date on things. When a treasurer is not getting any bets the treasurer should be making sure the contest polls are set and the next contest is openend if there data keeper has not done it. If you feel that you are doing all the work, you can still send me a private message about guild issues.

Texasdudeishot is taking scarlet_eyed_kuripika's place as treasurer for the artwork contest. Scarlet_eyed_kuripika has notified me that she would not be able to do her job.
