Mignon just laughed, setting him down and sitting herself, ankles crossing. Snake tongues and the like didn't bother her. She was fond of snakes and creepy crawlies. She gave one of those little footied feet a tickle, picking up a block.
"It's been a while since I've played with blocks." She looked at the block and shook her head. "And you'll get big soon too, Nihilo." Ah, memories.

"Biii! Bii!" Nihilo said, trying to repeat her, and failing miserably. At the very least it was cute baby babble. He started stacking blocks, and managed to get them pretty darn high and then...BAM! He pulled a Godzilla and sent them falling, making hims laugh and applaud with his tiny little destructive hands.
Clearly the kid was a genius. No, seriously.

Mignon stared for just a moment, and then started laughing and clapping herself. "Aha, little Godzilla!" She said, stacking up blocks with him. Awww, how cute, mildly destructive!

Nihilo happily continued to stack the blocks then knock them down. He did some interesting things with them: Building pyramids, cubes, and even towers. Stuff you wouldn't expect from such an infant.
"Pwaaa!" he shouted happily as he knocked over his latest creation.

Nihilo seemed pretty pleased, until his stomach audibly growled. Uh-oh. He hadn't eaten in over an hour. Time for...The screech.
"W-W-Waaaaaahhhh!!!" cried the infant, slamming his blocks angrily.

And, as she'd said, Mignon didn't seem too bothered by the scream. Loud noises were something she'd done a lot as a child.
"C'mon, kiddo." She said, scooping him up and searching about for food making stuff. Once it was found, she surprisingly knew how to put it all together and in no time had the snakebaby a warm bottle.
"Here you go." Mignon tucked a dishcloth under his neck, sitting down and offering him the bottle.

"Gaah~!" Nihilo said happily, tears quickly drying as he took the bottle and enjoyed its warm contents. Ah, the taste of victory.

Mignon laughed and petted the Baby's head. Awww. He was a cute one. A baby like this would make her want one. Maybe. In the far off future.
She started humming under her breath, rocking him in her lap. Baby, baby. Funny, loud, destructive baby.

Nihilo looked up at her as he enjoyed his bottle. Y'know, he didn't really know any girls, even at his young stage of life. Deet had been a good father, but he certaintly wasn't a mother. So for the little one, being held like this with a nice bottle...It felt nice.
"Muhr..." he said, eye lids growing heavy.

Laughig quietly at the little sleepy baby, Mignon floofed his hair.
"Silly baby." She said, going back to humming. Silly little baby, looking so sleepy.
